The only thing that was just a little inconvenient was that the only bathroom was upstairs. Not a deal breaker by any means though.

It was alright

Upon checking in the smell of the property could knock you out. There were glade plug-ins in almost every outlet and the smell was out of control. We had to take them all out of the plugs. It took 3 days to air out and then we realized why the house was filled with them. The place smelled like smoke. The bathroom was not clean and unfortunately the toilet had not been cleaned and had some remnants all over the seat. It also had a perpetual smell of pee in the bathroom no matter what. The immediate neighborhood left something to be desired. There were not many things within walking distance, which was fine, but the immediate area was not where I was spending much of my time. Overall it was fine, but not ideal for spending a nice birthday with family. We had to make sure we did everything out of the house due to the smell.

We have a strict no smoking policy and there was no evidence 0f smoke in the apartment home. We did end up replacing the cleaning company though and now have no issues with that. The intersection of the highway and the main road where the 7-11 is where you see homeless people, but you will see that in lots of places in Austin. Especially closer to downtown and under any bridge or open green area. There are no homeless people on this street or the neighborhood we're in.

DID NOT STAY! Location - Horrible House looked clean but smelled like urine the minute you opened the door. House was hot! Upstairs - HOT! Urine smell terrible! I know they are pet friendly but the house should not smell like urine! I'm sure the turf they have for grass is never cleaned! When you mix heat and urine it is horrible.

Property was pretty decent. Both bedrooms were very large and confortable. I’d stay there again
