I am so happy to give my stay here 5 big stars ! The townhouse is charming, very convenient to shopping and the Bogue Inlet Pier. Although we did no cooking, the kitchen is beautiful with top of the line appliances.I am looking forward to staying again next year. Dot

Clean beautiful home with lots of space! Nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available. About 10-15 min walk to the beach with no public parking, or public beach parking for a fee a few minutes down the road.

Holly responded to messages immediately. Had problem with door code but it was my issue with mix up in number given when booked. Holly immediately responded and took care of problem. House is so nice and clean. Enjoyed setting outside in private patio. Close to shops and various restaurants. Beach areas nice. Especially enjoyed beach at Fort M. with pavilion to set and cool off after out on the beach. Great because parking was free. This was our second visit to Emerald Isle and we will be back again.

We had such a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Emerald Isle! The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was very well stocked, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and we loved that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. There were so many thoughtful touches, including extra blankets in the closets and even a fan for those of us who need one to sleep!The location was perfect. We walked to and from the beach every day—it was a short, easy walk and we felt very safe in the area. Having the beach wagon and chairs provided was a huge bonus and made beach days so easy. We also loved the screened-in patio and outdoor patio and were able to walk to nearby restaurants like Gaffer’s.One thing to note: although bikes are pictured in the listing photos, bikes are not currently included with the rental. There is a nearby place to rent them, though, and it was very reasonable, about 30/day or 50 for three days.The owners were wonderful and very responsive. If you’re planning a trip to Emerald Isle, this is an amazing place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great lil getaway!

A lil beachy is an amazing little haven tucked away on Emerald Isle and it definitely set high standards for any rentals in the future. I am already planning a return trip and I know where I'm staying!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son who is stationed at Cherry Point! Cleanliness is a priority for us, and this home was clean, clean, clean!!! The beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels for our daily adventures, too! Thank you for a great VRBO stay 🤍

Great little spot!

Rented here while our house was being renovated. Very clean and nicely updated. Short distance to beach and shopping. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Graduation Celebration

This nice townhome is so clean and well-furnished. The kitchen had many useful items, better than most any place I’ve stayed. Very comfortable and quiet spot. It is about 1/2 mile to the beach, but the walk was fine. The host is easily accessible and responsive. Checking in and out were very smooth, and we didn’t have any problems. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location - close to the beach!

I'm always wary of places that have little or no reviews but I couldn't be happier with my choice for a beach getaway! Lil Beachy is exactly as advertised and so cute!! Everything was super clean and made me feel at home. The kitchen is updated and perfect for whipping up breakfast and lunch before hitting the beach. There is an outdoor shower in the small fenced-in patio so you can rinse off your sandy feet. The rooms are both upstairs so there is actually more space than I originally thought. It's a perfect layout for a family, couples trying to get away, or a girl's trip. This location is absolutely perfect because everything is so convenient. The closest beach access is a 1/2 mile walk/bike ride away which has a bike rack and golf cart parking available. Gaffer's and the Wine Market are an easy walk. Publix and Food Lion are right up the street and biking distance if you're only grabbing a few necessities. The unit is right off of Coast Guard Rd which has a great sidewalk and takes you all the way to the pointe. Holly was great and very helpful. She answered all of my questions prior to our trip. We will definitely be coming back soon!
