We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River Front Retreat! Our kids loved the deer that came by every day to visit, which made the experience even more special.We also enjoyed an amazing two-hour float from the house to the bridge at GA 255. In our opinion, it was much better than tubing in downtown Helen.The only downside was the walk down to the river, but it definitely wasn't enough to take away from our experience. Overall, this was absolutely a 5-star stay, and we had a blast! We can't wait to come back.

The cabin was nice and roomy. I loved the back porch. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed.

Had a great time and enjoyed the view at the cabin. The host was very nice and communicated well. The cabin is just enough space for a small family just wanting to get away and relax.

Great location to relax but not far from Helen Ga. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved relaxing on the back deck listening to the river.

A wonderful mountain stay

The home is a perfect mountain getaway for the whole family. The views are unbeatable, from the distant mountain tops to the river that's just yards away. My family enjoyed every minute of it and left with memories that will be cherished.

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was comfortable and a good size for us. Price was great and location is pretty close to Helen. We loved the fire pit and back porch area. We would stay here again!

Fly Fishing Friends

Three friends stayed at the cabin (3 bdrm house really) to go fly fishing in the river nearby. Great accommodations in a beautiful setting. Perfect for our group and could comfortably sleep 6 adults+. Everything was just as advertised.
