**READ DESCRIPTION FOR INFORMATION ON DISCOUNTED PRICE**

PLEASE NOTE: The price per night has been drastically reduced on the property due to some repairs that are going to be taking place over the next several months. As of now the rate decrease is set from (4/16/25 - 9/12/25) with a 14 night minimum and 120 days maximum. The repairs are only repairs to the exterior deck. There are no interior repairs that will be taking place. The deck is in sound condition and is usable. But due to the delays since the storm and the uncertainty of when they will be able to start working on the deck the homeowners have decided to offer a significant discount with guest understanding that if they reserve the property there could potentially be deck repairs going on during the day. The cabin would best be suited for workers that are coming to the area to help with storm clean up and will not be at the cabin during the day so that the repairs being done on the deck they will not affect their stay. We do welcome vacationers we just want everyone to be aware of the situation over the next several months.

Welcome to the Bear Creek Cabin, your cabin in the mountains. If you’re craving quality time away with friends or family in a gorgeous natural setting, this is the place for you. This beautiful cabin is in a pictureque setting nestled in the Blue Ridge Mtns. The cabin will accommodate 10 guest. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The main level is where the king master with attached en-suite is located as well as the half bath. There is an open loft area upstairs where the queen guest room is located along with the other full bathroom. There is now a newly finished lower level with a Full bathroom, Living room area, 1 King guest bedroom and an additional guest bedroom with 2 sets of Twin over Double bunk beds. The deck area boast a beautiful outdoor fireplace, a Hot Tub under the pergola to relax in, a grill and a view of the babbling creek. Come take in all the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer you. Why wait? The mountains are calling you!

****About our Cabins****

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off:
*Bed linens and towels
*Paper Towels
*Toilet Paper
*Trash Bags
*Dish Pods
*Coffee Maker
*Hand Soaps
*Dish Soap
*New Sponge
*Small Laundry Detergent
*Full Propane tank for gas grills

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.


This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
