The house was exactly as pictured! The kitchen was fully stocked so we cooked a few meals and used the grill. Hot tub was a welcome addition after hiking all day. Everything was immaculate. I had a question and the owner/manager answered immediately. We look forward to returning!

Great Place, Great Location!

We loved our stay here! The house is very comfortable, clean and modern. Was very nice to have the garage and we loved the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. Location is right off the Centennial bike path, easy access to downtown and right off the freeway. The WiFi was excellent so that we were able to work remotely (yes, there was a separate office). Beds were comfortable. We had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place!

The house exceeded our expectations. House was well organized, clean and stocked. It was quiet and located on a quiet street in CDA. We will be booking again.

Fun vacation in Coeur d'Alene

This is a great house in a very nice neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you would need for a fun family vacation. We enjoyed having two outside gas fireplaces, especially the one next to the hot tub. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and the outside kitchen was awesome. We would love to go back and have already recommended it to friends.

Spacious and well-appointed

The check-in process was super easy and the property manager responded quickly to any and all of our questions or requests. The house is HUGE with incredibly nice appliances, technology, kitchenware, etc. The decor is beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. This property is a fantastic place to stay with other couples as there is so much space, particularly in the common areas for everyone to hang out. The hot tub, grill, and fire table outside were incredible (worked well, were immaculate, etc.). The location is also fantastic and easy to access. There was construction across the street when we were there, but we never really heard any noise from it or from the neighbors. On our next trip to CDA, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Lovely vacation home

This property was exactly as the pictures depicted. The home is spacious yet cozy. It is decorated in modern quality decor. It is the best VRBO property we have stayed in. It is in a friendly neighborhood….we walked daily to Tubbs Hill (fantastic hiking)…………everyone along the way waved or smiled…just simply a happy place to be. We were celebrating anniversaries and this home provided a relaxing stay. The contact person Michelle responded to our inquiries quickly! The only missing thing would be a short booklet of information regarding the operation of some of the amenities…i.e., gas outdoor fire, smart TV’s etc. We highly recommend this property. Coeur d’Alene area has many things to do….boat rides, rental pontoons/boats, shopping and dining.

Great house close to everything.

Loved the location. We loved being able to walk to Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill, and even downtown. House has all the kitchen appliances and items you could ever need to make all your meals right there. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location

This rental is 10 minute walk to sanders public beach and a 10 minute bike ride to Tubbs hill/McEuen Park. It was the perfect spot for our young family. Incredibly cute and quiet neighbourhood with easy access to I-90. The rental comes with everything you need and the nice to haves, including the hot tub!!!

Clean, comfortable, cozy

Had an extended work trip that was stressful and complicated. The house was a clean, comfortable, and cozy place to be among it all, with all the right amenities, supplies, and amount of space. We are so grateful!

Very nice accommodations for Sanders Beach area!

The house is well appointed with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. Plenty of room with enjoyable hot tub and gathering areas in the house. My constructive suggestion would be to put a House Guide Book together covering all amenities and requested care responsibilities. Highly recommend house!

Quiet neighborhood
