Great Place to Stay

Second stay at this rental, it's worth returning to. So incredibly well supplied to truly be a home away from home. Linens, towels, dishes, hygiene products, you will have everything you need for a great stay. Location is fantastic and easy to find. Thanks again Sean.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Home was wonderfully located and well equipped. Weather was wonderful too so we used the private little outside patio a lot. We loved our stay there and will definitely stay there next time we come to Coeur d’Alene.

Amazing

The property was in a beautiful gated community close to everything. We took advantage of the restaurants and pubs in the area. We had 6 adults staying and there was lots of room. It is easily the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Would definitely book it again.

Cozy house with access to the bike trail.

Great location just off the trail. Easy access to Spokane River. Was able to get on the bike trail and ride as far as I wanted.

This house was close to downtown and probably the most well stocked I've stayed at. Everything you could possibly need. Super cute place.

Great house for families

We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and things this property had that we didn’t even know we needed. Kitchen had every cooking item and utensil we wanted. Fireplace made it a cozy place to sit at night and the table worked well for meals and afternoon games. Hoping to stay again in the future.

Lovely Home!

I feel horrible that I forgot to review our stay. It was just wonderful. The host was easily accessible for questions and the home was outfitted beautifully. I cannot say enough about how nice our stay was on a busy holiday weekend. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home.

Immaculate house, modern decor and very friendly host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless and very nice. House is stocked with anything needed to cook, including spices. Beds are big and super comfy. It’s in a gated community which was great. It’s right next to a convenience store so we were able to walk over and get anything we needed. Close to downtown and about 25 minutes from Silverwood. Host was very friendly and responded to questions promptly. Will be booking this property again next time we visit Idaho!

Fantastic Host!

As a family of 5 we usually use VRBO over hotels. There are so many places that look great pics but then leave you disappointed in person. This house was fantastic. Very clean. Furniture, beds, bedding, etc were all high quality and very comfortable. The showers had toiletries and everything was stocked so you felt at home. This host has really gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Beautiful home in a very loud area

Everything in the house was excellent. We did not end up making any food in the kitchen but it would have had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. The house is in a small, gated community with similar houses. The only issue with the property is the location. It is sandwiched between a very busy road and a busy highway. The traffic noise is very loud and constant. It backs up to a gas station that is mostly hidden by fencing and landscaping, but it is a reminder that you are not really in a residential area. We did not utilize the outdoor patio due to the noise and location.

Stunning & Spotless Home!

This home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! I mean spotless… it even smelled new and clean when you first walked in. My husband and I loved all the decor, and felt it was beautifully decorated. The house was stocked with anything you could need or want including most everything you may have forgotten to bring. I was so impressed at the quality of items in the home, even down to the hand soaps in the bathrooms. We had no problems with the check in process, and the communication was very clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues whatsoever the entire time. Being next to the road didn’t bother us, and road noise was minimal we felt. It was so close to downtown CDA and we could easily get to coffee, restaurants and stores in under 5 minutes. Plus, it was conveniently located next to a Chevron and mini mart which we used several times. We have nothing bad to say AT ALL, and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone in the area and will stay again the next time we are in the beautiful city of CDA!

Really comfortable stay

We really enjoyed this home. We took our three kids to Silverwoood for two days and we had a great time. It was so nice to be able to pull up to this home every night of our three night stay. The home is decorated very nice and well appointed. It was stocked well and was very clean! If we ever need to stay in CDA we’ll be back!

Perfect stay!

This house was so great! It was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway with my family! Like everyone else has said - the pictures don’t do justice. The house is so nice, clean & close to everything! Highly recommend this for your next CDA trip!

Clean and well stocked

We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this was one of the cleanest and well stocked places we have experienced. Centrally located, just a short drive from the Resort, playgrounds and beach which the kids enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!
