Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Prescott, Arizona! Our property boasts some of the most breathtaking views in town which you will enjoy from a spacious and well-appointed home less than 5 minutes from downtown! Bring the whole family (and a few friends) because our home comfortably sleeps 9 adults and one infant/toddler (in a full-size crib). This is our family’s second home and gathering space, so you can be confident that everything from the sparkling clean kitchen to the park-like yard and garden has been lovingly taken care of for each and every guest we host.
Our home offers something for everybody in the family – a gorgeous setting all will appreciate, a full kitchen for the chefs, a hot tub and outdoor bar set-up for the laid-back travelers, a poker room for the game lovers, and much more. All of our beds are real beds (so, no cots or sofa beds wedged into a corner) and the 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10: master (1 King); upstairs bedroom (1 Twin, 1 crib/toddler bed); downstairs bedroom (1 Queen); downstairs bedroom (2 Full beds). Decorative and comfortable bedding and linens await you. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized high-end appliances, plenty of seating, and cookware/bake-wear/serve-wear for a special/celebratory meal. There is also a laundry room, extra parking/garage space available (please inquire), and did I mention the 2 outdoor living spaces (deck with seating upstairs, hot tub patio space downstairs)? The home is also child-proofed for those with small children, so there are safety gates on the inside and outside stairs as well as a toddler-potty seat in one bathroom (plus toys/games to keep them entertained!). If you need additional toys, a high-chair, or a pack-and-play, we are happy to leave these items upon request. Three full bathrooms (master: stand-up shower; upstairs: full shower/bath combo; downstairs: full shower/bath combo) ensure that everyone will be comfortable during your stay. High-speed internet is available for the workaholics and those who wish to stream their entertainment. And if you lose your shirt in our poker room, don’t worry, we have board games too, plus all televisions (3) are equipped with a Roku device so you can easily login to your favorite apps.
