Escape to the cool pines of Prescott to our beautifully remodeled 3 bdrm, 3 ½ bath, Air Conditioned home. Situated just 3 miles from downtown, this house is perfect for families and friends. It has 3 levels of living space, 2 separate family rooms & plenty to do. Enjoy swimming, hiking, tennis, & new gated kid's park. Privacy is not an issue with 3 decks, each bedroom has its own access to its own deck where you can sit amongst the trees to relax, read a book, or watch the wildlife below that may follow the seasonal stream flowing through the back yard.. The outdoor pool closes Sept 26 and re-opens May 31. Indoor pool is open all year unless having maintenance performed.
Policy on early access or late checkout. We need the time between guests to prepare the home for our next visitor. On some occasions we can expedite the cleaning process but we charge $20 per hr to accommodate this. Examples: If you need access 2 hrs early it would be $40.

We loved staying here. We appreciated the central location, the well stocked kitchen, the bathroom supplies, a tv that actually has programming, the pools, the layout of the house and more. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the home to others.

Thanks for choosing us to stay with. I did figure out the AC. It was frozen up as expected. Im not sure if you realized it or not but most of the exterior door and sliders were left un locked. Nothing happened though. It's a pretty safe community. You're welcome to come back sometime.

Great location right next to the indoor and outdoor pools small children's playground, and tennis court. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which we appreciated. Only seven minutes from the square!

We had a great time here. Even saw five deer running around “playing tag”. Right in front of the property. It was so cool.

Our family had an amazing visit to Prescott. We traveled up because our daughter was playing in the Yavapai College Invitational Woman’s Volleyball over the holiday weekend. We couldn’t had asked for a better stay. We appreciated the communication throughout our visit as Dale took time out of his time away to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. It was a nice added touch to walk in to a home with battery operated candles on and a kitchen light on for easier access into the home as it was dark when got there. We will stay again on our next trip back to Prescott. Thank you;

Nice place for family!

We love that we have enough space for the entire family when we’re in town. Definitely a home away from home feel at this rental. Nice amenities to keep the kids busy too.

This home was perfect for our vacation. Check in was a breeze and the amenities were a short walk from the home. We really appreciated the small touches that allowed our stay comfortable. Our kids swam in the indoor pool and played pickleball on the courts. My only disappointment was the couch pictured on the listing was not the same couch. It was smaller but we made do.

Great location in a neighborhood, but also in the pines. Nicely decorated and plenty of patio space on each level. We used the pool and pickleball courts during our stay.
