A Wonderful Home!

We absolutely loved our time here. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything you'd need for a stay, and everything was clearly labeled. Check in was a breeze too. There is a gorgeous view from every window, and the house feels very private. It's close to all Prescott has to offer. And there are 3 bathrooms (I think the listing said there were only 2 bathrooms so having a 3rd was wonderful). This was a great house to celebrate Thanksgiving in with our family. We will definitely book here again. Host was great to communicate with too. Highly recommended!

Great house in a fantastic location!

Our stay was awesome! There's not a bad view from anywhere in the living area. Lots of room, lots of fun in the game room, and easy to and from Whiskey row. Lakes are close as well.

Best stay over

My husband and I agree that this is the best property we’ve ever stayed in. We had our children and grand children with us and it accommodated us so well. Beautiful views ( not just saying that) and beautifully and fully equipped. Wish we could have had more time there.

Beautiful hilltop himey

We enjoyed our time in Prescott. The home is beautiful very clean with everything you need to cookand enjoy an evening in. The location was prefect close to Downtown and quite neighborhood. We enjoyed morning and evening walks. Our favorite was definitely Goldwater lake, fishing, hiking, saw an eagle. We also enjoyed walking around Whiskey row and checking out the shops. Definitely will stay again!

Fantastic Property

Relaxing stay

Our family wanted to get away for the Labor Day weekend, we found this place and it was wonderful!! The view was gorgeous to start. There was enough room for our family and kids. The house was nicely design with great decorations. Love the open glass view!! The house was nice and clean and all supplies were provided . We were able to cook our meals for our family and did some bbq . We even did some karaoke as well!!! They even have different games for us to enjoy our stay. The house was close enough for us to check out the local store and the nice park area close by. Our kids were able to see some close up deer and bunnies while staying here as well. The owner was very nice and even recommended us where to park our car and which direction to drive in since we headed the wrong way in the first time. Overall we loved our stay and greatly appreciates all that was provided!! Would totally recommend this home to anyone who wanted a relaxing vacation!!

Peaceful and cozy stay

The house is well designed and well stocked and equipped for hosting travelers. The sunrise and sunset views from the balconies and from the living area is so beautiful. We were also able to do some stargazing. The place is very clean and organized and the hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. It is also a short drive to Prescott City -- very accessible to the grocery store and restaurants and perfect HQ for enjoying Prescott and other nearby attractions.

Breath taking views.

We traveled with several families and elderly parents/ children. This home was perfect. Plenty of rooms. Had all of the amenities. Clean, comfortable beds. Property manager was receptive and quick to respond with questions. One cranky neighbor that complained that we were loud- but this did not affect our experience. Would definitely recommend! Gorgeous home!

Beautiful Home with a Stunning View

Absolutely amazing home. The contemporary design is fantastic and brings the beauty of the outdoors into the indoors. Features every amenity you could think of, was incredibly clean, and the home just welcomes you. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this home and its stunning views.

Mid Century Modern Perfection in the Pines!

Thoughtful renovation in a great location. There are certain things we look for in a listing: comfy couch, outdoor seating, firepit (if allowed). The house has everything and the couch is REALLY comfy! Great views, very clean and well organized. There was nothing missing from this rental from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Our 14 year old loved the pool table. The house is big enough for 2 families to share. Property owner was very helpful and responsive. We walked to the square and back one of the days, it is about a mile walk each way.

Great Renovated House!

Love how the house connects with the outdoors and being situated on the highest part of the neighborhood, offers two wonderful long views from the living and dining areas. The layout is largely on the second level and efficient and spacious. Even though it was just my wife and I, the house felt cozy and comfortable. The house is fully furnished with many accessories. Highly recommend this home for a couple and/or family /friends.

Very comfortable and cozy

They thought of everything. This place felt like home with plenty of comfort. I especially liked how stocked the kitchen was, and the kids loved the games. We will return!
