We had a wonderful time staying there from Friday-Tuesday. Nice and relaxing place to stay. Would enjoy coming back again.

We loved this place. It was a great location and close to downtown! It's an older home, so you must be cognizant of this when you book here. They are building a house next door, but nothing on the weekend, so it wasn't too bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here again. The front porch is wonderful and we love the big yard for our dogs. The hosts communicated with us very well.

Yes, it is an older house but the location is amazing! It is a very easy walk to downtown and short drive to Oval beach.

This was a perfect place for our small group and a dog. The location was unbeatable and the street was quiet. The amenities were just what we needed and we had plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Stay and Host

We had an unfortunate power outage due to weather when we arrived and it was handled very quickly which really saved our trip! The property was as described and we enjoyed our time!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is old as clearly communicated in the listing and reviews but it was functional, had newer mattresses, and let us bring our dog!. The neighborhood is wonderful and the rental agency had great communication and service. My only note is that, because it’s old, the house feels neglected a little bit. A few hundred dollars of minor upgrades (one more window AC, curtains instead of a bedsheet over a window, new lightbulbs etc) and a few hours of deep clean and maintenance would go a long way. If you prioritize location, don’t need anything fancy or have a dog, I would recommend.

We have been woking on getting curtains (this property has one booking after another), due to the fenced in yard/pet friendly and of course the location. Thank you

Good Cottage in Saugatuck

We had a great time at the cottage in Saugatuck. Great location to downtown, easy walk to dinner and drinks. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great—clean & quaint—and equipped with all that was needed to enjoy our stay. We esp. appreciated communication with the realty company, who answered several questions beforehand. Great location and spacious backyard.

4th of July Get away

Very nice spot with a great location! Quick on/off to the Blue Star and a short walk to downtown Saugatuck (so no need to find parking). Enjoyed the fire pit and so happy to have a grill for the nights we stayed in.

Plenty of room!!

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, comfortable king bed and the fact it is pet friendly! The only bathroom is small!!

Comfortable House Close to Downtown Saugatuck

Tall Trees was a nice place to stay for the weekend. With a washer/dryer, kitchen, dining space and large fenced-in yard it would be great for a longer trip during the summer too. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental staff were wonderful in communication and the check-out process was very straightforward.

Not Bad

It is a very old house, but was clean and comfortable. Some dishes had to be washed before we used them and vines growing through the deck should be trimmed. Overall a nice place...nice quite neighborhood.

Overall Wonderful!

Very clean, well kept. The vast majority of the property was immaculate. The only small thing was that theottoman was broken. Also, the thermostat went down to 62, even though the temp was spring weather.

Conveniently located

Cute little house located near downtown saugatuck. The house had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. There was some dust and dirt behind the larger pieces of furniture that was found when reaching for plugs and the bathtub stopper was covered in mold. But the rest of the house was nice so we looked over these things.

Nice home in nice location - easy walk to downtown Saugatuck

We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees. It was nice to find a 3 bdrm home with each bedroom having at least a full size bed. When you traveling with adults, you really don't want twin size beds in the bedrooms. The home was small and quaint and most importantly, clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The front porch sun room was super nice for having coffee, reading and enjoying the neighborhood. The walk to downtown Saugatuck was an easy, short walk. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you.

Wedding weekend

We had a few cob webs, back porch steps were dry rotted. It was very cozy. The temperature went down at night which was @ 62 degrees so was chilly. Couldn't keep @ 70 @ night. Other than that was very nice.
