Welcome to lake life @Sunset☀️Ridge. This spacious 3-STORY brick house has panoramic views from all 3 LAKESIDE DECKS! Setting atop LAKE CUMBERLAND, it is a mere 5 minutes to town and a 10 MINUTE drive by road to JAMESTOWN Marina, KY.
It is a 10 minute drive to LILY CREEK Boat Ramp. This beautiful home easily accommodates 16 of your favorite people.

Sunset☀️Ridge provides quick and easy access to LAKE CUMBERLAND and local hiking and hunting spots. This home includes an open layout with lovely tiger wood floors & family-friendly comfort. Large windows provide lake views and natural lighting.

The upper-level MASTER SUITE #1 includes a king-sized bed (sleeps 2). The attached full bathroom includes a shower and spa tub. A PRIVATE BALCONY with panoramic views is located off of the master suite.

2 additional guest bedrooms #2 and #3 are located on the upper level: 1 KING bed (sleeps 2) and 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2). A 2nd full bathroom is located on this level with a combination shower/tub.

If climbing stairs is difficult, the entrance-level guest bedroom #4 has yet another QUEEN bed (sleeps 2). A half bathroom is located on this level. A 2nd large, GRILL DECK with panoramic views and a Weber GAS GRILL is located off of the kitchen.

The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN allows for home cooking with all major appliances, cookware, dishes & utensils. The connected dining space includes an 8 FOOT TABLE that can seat 10 or more people. The breakfast bar provides additional seating.

The lower-level has sleeping space #5 with 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2) and 3 sets of BUNK BEDS (sleeps 6). A full bathroom located on the lower-level includes a shower. The third impressive DECK with amazing views is located on the lower-level.

Located on the banks of Lake Cumberland...bring your boat, your family, and your friends for an amazing week of boating, fishing, hiking, golfing or just relaxing at the edge of Lake Cumberland...while sipping your favorite beverage.

There is parking for 6 vehicles at Sunset Ridge. If additional parking spots are needed, you may use the lot at Jamestown Marina. There is no access to the inside of the garage.

Due to the steep and rocky shoreline there is no direct lake access from the house.
*I take my cleaning practices seriously and follow the guidelines of POSI (Prevention of the Spread of Infection) which includes Covid. If you have questions regarding these practices please let me know.

Enjoy your stay! There is parking for 6 vehicles. The marina can provide additional space.

Leave the house without any damage and please notify me of any mishaps so I can fix them.

There is no smoking, no vaping in the house. $250 fee if you do so. Please pick up outdoor butts.

Team Bell Racing

Weekend racing trio to Cumerland Dragway. House was easy to access. Very clean, comfy beds. Host was very communicative. There was olenty of room for our gtouo to sit around and smdiuscuss the evenings events. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, dishes and utensils. The only downside was the parking. We had 2 trucks with trailers we could not bring to the house but other than that I would recommend and will stay again for the next race if its available.

Perfect Getaway ☀️

My family of 12 stayed for a long weekend, and absolutely enjoyed this property. Suzanne was an excellent host, and the property was clean and enjoyable. We spent a lot of time soaking up rays and enjoying the view of the river. We had coffee, homemade baked goods and lunch from Reel Java in town. This is a must stop just a few minutes away! Also about 1.5 hours from the house, we checked out Mammoth Caves, the Corvette Museum, and Makers Mark Distillery. Thank you for an excellent stay!!

Continuing my pursuits to get away from it all, I purchased Sunset Ridge in February of 2021. Whether my family and I are spending the day tubing, knee boarding, water skiing, fishing, or simply raft floating in the beautiful jade waters of Lake Cumberland, we look forward to coming back to the house to relax, hang by the fire, grill some eats, roast some marshmallows and play a few games before sleeping that deep sleep you get after having a hard day of play. End the evening right by watching the sun sink below the shores of the lake, all from your choice of 3 spacious decks.
Being the daughter of an elite Army Ranger, I have had an upbringing that has allowed me to live in different states and countries. No matter where my family and I travel, the simple beauty found amongst nature has always been our most memorable adventures. I believe life is about moments...even the mishaps add to the adventure!

I started water skiing when I was in junior high school and many summers were spent on the waters of Lake Cumberland boating and tubing. I grew up and came back with my own family.

Sunset Ridge truly has one of the best views of Lake Cumberland. Set up on the ridge, the 3 large decks have fantastic views that are un-obstructed year-round. All 3 of the large decks are located on the back of the property facing West. The sunset views are breath-taking.
