My sons and I had a really great time and loved staying at The Overlook. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be coming back to stay there. Very impressed with everything and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway to the Lake.

We had the best getaway at this lake house! Everything was so clean and exactly like the description. We enjoyed setting on the deck and watching the boats go in and out of the marina.

We spent the weekend here for fall break and loved it. The house is very nice and in a great location, just minutes from Jamestown and Russell Springs or Lake Cumberland state park. There’s plenty to do if you plan to be out and about but the house is a great place to unplug and unwind and be away from it all. Kitchen is nicely equipped, two decks are great for relaxing in a quiet location, but also tv’s and games available. The whole house is incredibly nice and clean and all the beds are comfortable. The check-in and checkout were super easy and the owner was very helpful and responded to messages. The only downside is we had to leave! We will certainly be back!

The view is amazing. The house is the cutest. Just right down the road from the boat wrap. BBQ around the corner is amazing and the Reel Java.

Beautiful house! Amazing view off the back deck overlooking the lake and Jamestown Marina. Plenty of space to park your boat (or boats). Beautiful quiet neighborhood.

This is a wonderful rental! The house was very clean, well maintained and decorated so cute! The driveway is plenty big enough for a boat and trailer to pull thru. There is a beautiful view of the marina and the boat launch is very close and easily accessible from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this home on Lake Cumberland overlooking the marina. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The host was gracious, responsive, and very easy to reach anytime we had a question. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in the property.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay on Lake Cumberland with amazing views and easy access to the marina.

Great spot overlooking Jamestown Marina on Lake Cumberland. Enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood and close to the boat launch. Beautiful lake decor throughout the newly renovated home and comfortable bedding made for a wonderful lake trip.

Great location and wonderful views. House was clean and nicely appointed. Top of the line Weber grill which was greatly appreciated for dinners. Wonderful kitchen and very comfortable living room. Great stay!

This had one of the best views of the lake of anywhere we have stayed.

Quiet area with all the amenities that we needed. Convenient to town and to the marina. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
