Great place, Host was super nice. Location was awesome. Plenty of room for the boat, truck, and another car. Very quiet and plenty of privacy. Would def stay here again.

Quick Lake Getaway

The place was perfect for our group! It was cute, clean, roomy, and was the perfect distance to the marina! The owners were quick to answer any questions we had and the property had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Very close to the Jamestown Mariana, which is exactly what we needed.Our whole group decided we would like to stay here on our next trip to Lake Cumberland.

Very comfortable and clean home. We were satisfied on every front. We had four nights in this home while we were on the lake fishing. Plenty of room for parking and everything.

Great property

We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 young kids. Looking forward to staying again. Great location to Jamestown Marina and Lilly Creek ramp.

When we booked the home we did so because of the hot tub that is listed as an amenity however when we arrived it was very late and we were very tired and did not check the property out. I mean it was very dark and it's kind of in the woods. The next morning we discovered there was no hot tub. At first we were upset but after being outside just a few minutes we felt like we were already in a hot tub. Who needs a hot tub when the weather provides one naturally. Each bedroom was well appointed and very comfortable. The Check in and out was very easy. The items that were provided were exactly as needed. The only thing from the kitchen we missed was a cheese grater so we bought pregrated cheese no big deal. The best part about our stay was the deer and her fawns. They came right through the yard while we were standing on the deck enjoying the morning. I'm not sure if we were lucky or unlucky but it rained most of the time we were there and we so enjoyed that. We are from Colorado and where we live it hardly ever rains and when it does it's ice cold. So needless to say we felt extremely lucky to experience the warm rain. Would we stay here again absolutely and hope to next year to be honest. Was truly a wonderl beautiful cozy home.

Lake Cumberland Jamestown

Beautiful house and very clean. Owner was wondering and very polite. The house is very close to Jamestown marina. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great property! Corner lot. Quiet little road. Lots of room. 3 large bedrooms. 3 baths Big driveway. Super clean. TV was super easy to use so we were able to quickly find a game we wanted to catch the quarter of Friday night. A few deer came to the firepit to see what was going on lol House is very close to Jamestown Safe Harbor Marina. We ate at Reel Java and the Soda Shop. Cute little town square few miles away. We would totally come back here, and have told some friends about this property already.

Holiday weekend

Very nice and clean home. Easy access to the water. Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, pictures don’t reflect how big this home is. 7 of us and plenty of room for more. Grill on the back deck along with fire pit. Big yard as well. We will be back again!!!

RELAXING/COMFORTABLE HOME

WE WERE SHOCKED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PICTURES OF IT. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE IS GREAT:3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 3 FULL BATHS (2 OF THEM IN THE BEDROOMS). THE LARGE PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY TREES & SO RELAXING ON THE LARGE REAR DECK. OUR DOG ENJOYED CHASING HIS BALL IN THE BACK YARD. PLENTY OF SEATING IN THE LIVING ROOM TO WATCH TV. BEAUTIFUL FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN NEXT TIME WE COME TO LAKE CUMBERLAND.

Lake Cumberland House

This house suit our needs perfectly. My son, daughter-in-law and their 1 year old stayed with us and we had plenty of room. All of the beds were comfy. The open area kitchen and living room was perfect for family meals and hanging out to play with the little one. We thoroughly enjoyed our ping pong competitions and taking walks in the area. The Jamestown Marina was a short drive away were we put our jet ski in and explored the lake. Beautiful area. Definitely, get out early and go to the waterfall by water.. Also, the marina has a small pool nearby with a swing set. Nikki, the manager, is really good to work with when problems arise with the house.
