The best part of this spot is the location! It was an easy walk to old downtown and lots of great coffee and lunch spots. The unit is attached to the backyard, so it feels spacious and private. It's definitely worth springing for the hot tub too. Perfect for a couples weekend trip!

Great location close to old town. Quiet at night, with a fenced in backyard for our small dog. Very walkable neighborhood.

Very close to Main Street, lots of shops and close to great food.

The location was super convenient to campus and Old Town.The backyard was very peaceful.The washer dryer was helpful as we moved our son into CSU.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here! It’s a close walk to Old Town, the bed couldn’t be comfier, and it felt like home. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub after long hikes. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Fort Collins!

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and location was perfect. Stacy provided great directions to the property and check in/check out were a breeze. The suite was exactly as described in the listing and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect little thing place

We loved the location and space of this rental. It was the perfect size and layout and the backyard space was sublime! It was all super walkable. I would stay there again!

Wonderful location and comfy spot

No car needed to access the highlights of Old Town, CSU, and great eateries--all withing walking distance! Cozy place with everything needed for our 4-day visit.

Great stay!

Stacy was quick to respond to any questions and requests in addition to listing an accurate description of the property online. The location of this rental was perfect as well for walking to bars/restaurants! Would certainly stay here in the future

Great location and wonderful, clean place. Backyard was a plus. Just a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed Guest Suite

It was a cozy, quiet guest suite in a perfect location, walking distance to old town. My 2 adult sons and I enjoyed our stay. It's perfect size for 2-3 guests

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect to walk around the campus or to restaurants in Old Town. This is a very nice and safe neighborhood. The property was very cozy, it had everything we needed.
