Lakeview Condo is located in the heart of all the wonderful dining, shopping, and lake activities in Dillon. Stroll to the farmers market in the summer, or hop right on the rec path with miles of paved trails for walking, running, and biking. Just steps away from the Dillon Marina and the not to be missed Tiki Bar.

This cozy condo features a fully equipped kitchen furnished with all the cookware needed to cook a gourmet dinner, chili in the crockpot, and everything in between. The owners have thoughtfully furnished this unit to ensure it has all of the home away from home amenities. A small dining seating area is situated next to the kitchen. The living room features a new leather sofa, large flat screen TV with Apple TV. The master bedroom is just steps away and has a Queen size bed, private bathroom, and all new furnishings. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed with a twin bunk over. Bedroom Three is a private studio suite with efficiency kitchen including cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, coffee maker and counter area, a private bathroom, and Queen size bed. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

Lakeview Condo is located close to the free bus stop and just steps away from the paved path along the shore of Lake Dillon. There is a community hot tub on site.
One designated parking spot is included. Additional paid parking may be found in the town parking lots nearby. Free high speed Wifi. We do not guarantee the hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.
