The house was incredibly clean, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including a case of water, cookies, and condiments in the fridge. The beds were super comfortable, and the showers got nice and hot. We had a great stay!

Wonderful, the host was absolutely terrific. This was a perfect spot for my family. We will come back next year. The fenced in yard, the carport, the rooms are a good size, there was plenty of seating and the location was terrific.

Second stay at the property. Would stay again for sure! Host is great to work with and communicates quickly. Close to Greenville and surrounding area with out the noise and hustle of being in the Greenville city limits.

Second time we have stayed at this wonderful property….just a perfect little house with everything you need …. Owner is great …. Good internet and even a little fenced yard for your fur babies …will definitely stay again !!

House was ideally located for easy, walkable access to downtown Ayden. Many good BBQ locations within driving distance. Check-in process was very smooth. Everything was as described.

Just what we were looking for

Very nice older home that was perfect for our stay. Very neat and clean. The fenced side yard was perfect to air our spaniel. Would definitely stay here again

The host was super accommodating when we had to push our arrival out a few days due to the storm on the east coast. We drove from Connecticut so the host flexibility made a huge difference. The location could not have been more perfect. The house was cozy and comfortable. Glad we found it.

This home is super cozy &, comfortable . Outside area is like a private little park. Located in a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend would book again when back in the area

Perfect “Home Away from Home”

We stayed here over the weekend for a soccer tournament in Greenville. The accommodations the house provided had everything we needed to function normally as a family, just like we were at home. We felt very safe and comfortable and the neighborhood is super quiet. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Greenville.

Close to downtown Ayden, easy access to Greenville.

Everything was very nice. The master king bed was a little firm but my second nights sleep was better!

Graduation Visit

Had a lovely visit to attend granddaughter's graduation. Location is perfect. The house has what we needed for our stay. Hopefully will be available in a couple of years when grandson graduates!

It was so lovely that they had doggie dishes and water bowls set out for our dogs. It was also very convenient that they had doggie disposal bags available in the outside area. Our animals felt very calm and at home. If an occasion arises in the future that we need to stay in the Greenville area- I would definitely choose to stay here again

Very Cozy.

We came to Greenville for my daughter's wedding on June 4th. I had never been to Greenville before. I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Very quiet and convenient location.

Place for the Weekend

The overall stay was ok, but the shower in the master did not work and the location is a bit further from ECU than described. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the outside area for us and our dogs.

Pitt County Base of Operations

Used this property as a base for a house hunting trip. Centrally located. Well equipped. Met all of our needs and will certainly be back. Highly recommend.
