Beautiful, modern eco-friendly home custom designed by a local up and coming Washington architect to fit the natural surroundings. First certified passive home in Western Washington. Property is on Issaquah Creek and depending on the time of year you can see the salmon run as well as deer, elk, coyotes, beavers, and a variety of birds.

The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with large tub and both have king sized beds as well. Two comfortable floor mattresses available for children. There is an outdoor fire pit and patio overlooking a beaver pond where you can relax and cook your s'mores. In August there are ripe Blackberries on the property that you are free to pick and make delicious desserts.
House Rules: Before we accept your booking request, we will ask you to confirm you have read and agree to the following house rules.
• Our caretakers live in the barn house across the street, please respect their space. Walking along the south side of the river to pick blackberries or enjoy the water is encouraged.
• Respect neighbors and local noise ordinance rules by avoiding loud music, yelling, etc. especially after 10 PM. A fee of $100 may be charged for reports of excessive noise.
• Parties, events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed unless approved at time of booking by the owners. Only the number of guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property. Unauthorized parties will result in a $400 fine and cancellation of the remainder of the booking.
• No fireworks.
• Report any damage or malfunction of home or property to us or on-site caretaker so we can take care of it for you.
