Very clean place with great peaceful view of the river, Pool access was easy and both patios were great places to drink coffee or watch sun go down. Enjoyed our stay!

3rd year love it clean ,cozy convenient to all areas of interest. Property is beautiful quiet and full of wildlife manatees,dolphins cannot say enough.

The location of the condo is awesome! The pool was clean and so beautiful as it is located right on the Inter-coastal waterway. It is convenient to restaurants and stores and both river and beach access.The condo was nice, but dated in some regards and the addition of a couple small items would go a long way. The kitchen could use an extra dish cloth and towel. I don’t care for coated cookware either and a cookie sheet would be nice too. These are just suggestions of course. There were ample casserole type dishes to bake in.Overall it was a lovely stay.

Great location! Sat on the patio each morning and saw dolphins swimming up the Matanzas River. In the afternoon we saw an osprey sitting on top of a piling enjoying a large fish. The pool area is lovely and over looks the river. The condo is clean and quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay!

The views were beautiful and we saw several dolphins right off the dock. Our kids loved the pool and the location was perfect.

We enjoy this place better than Daytona.It is so quiet and peaceful, and the river view watching all the boats go by is nice.Pool is very nice on the water and never too busy.Our second time there and will be back

Beautiful spot!

This is a wonderful spot for families and couples alike! It’s very family friendly with lots of stuff to do with kids. The beach, pool, and river are just so fun. The sunsets and dolphins in the river can’t be beat!
