The open living and dining area creates a welcoming atmosphere for movie nights, meals together, or simply relaxing after beach days. With Gulf-front views, a private balcony, and accommodations for up to four guests, this condo blends convenience with effortless coastal charm.



The Space:

If you’re ready for the sun, sand, and sea, then head to SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. The property affords an array of amenities bound to make your trip noteworthy! Browse through the lobby gift shop for beach supplies, cold drinks, and snacks, then head out to the newly-renovated outdoor pool for a dip. Lounge poolside or stroll to the beach and enjoy seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Head indoors and pick up complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. Recharge with an afternoon nap, get in some laps at the indoor pool (heated seasonally), or work out at the on-site fitness facility. Soothe sore muscles in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. In addition to amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your personal or professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0409 is a lovely one-bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. One step into this bright and airy open-concept living/dining unit, and you’ll feel right at home. Relax and enjoy the comfortable furnishings and decorative touches with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pristine, fully-appointed kitchen is packed with everything needed for preparing beach-side snacks or meals for a crowd. Gather together and cozy up in the living room or retreat to the private master suite with a king-sized bed and the queen-sized sofa bed is located in the living room. Enjoy movies or a game on one of two flat-screen TVs or relax on the private balcony and take in gulf-front views.



Location is everything, and SunDestin is right in the heart of it all. Just five minutes from Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park and the Track, you’ll find plenty of activities to keep you busy during your stay!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Great location!

Unit was as described. Beautiful view and very convenient location. We were literally steps from the beach which made it easier with 2 smaller kids. Would stay here again!

Vacay!

Great place to stay! Wasn't crazy about the rental umbrellas only getting close to water, but that was my fault for not reading details. (You can take your own canopy - NOT umbrella, but you have to keep beyond a certain point. Again, my fault for not reading details.) Everything else was very nice. Very clean condo, everything it was supposed to be. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was so run down. The furniture in the bedroom was broken looking. It was so old and dirty. The places under major construction that's all you could hear in the morning. I would have rather spent another 100-200 and stayed somewhere that would have been much nicer. You could t sit on the balcony because all you could spell was pot smoke. I wouldn't recommend this property the rooms are run down and dirty. The shower didn't drain, the toilet you had to hold the handle for it to flush. Do not stay here not worth the 300 a night pictures are deceiving.

The unit was nice and clean, beautiful ocean view but there was an air conditioner unit on the balcony blowing hot air at us. The condo is un-updated, parking across a main street in an old lot with no security, restaurant, bar, and pools were not appealing at all. Will not go back.

Room 409

We had a wonderful time. The room was pretty clean. The side of the refrigerator was pretty gross. Wish they would’ve had a coffee pot that used pods. The hallway was kinda dark. We would definitely go back though. It was all in all a 4 star.

Will not recommend

409 was a bad condo to stay in. Loud across from elevator across from super loud washer and dryer room. Toilet stopper for water didn’t work se we had to put our hands inside to adjust every time we went used toilet. Very low quality products provided for hygiene and kitchen soap etc. radio in living area did not work. Sheets smelled like urine.

Great Condo, but this is not a Resort

No complaints about the condo was nice and clean, but here are the things we didn't like about the place in general, will not stay there again. * Airconditioning unit on the balcony, blowing hot air, could not enjoy. * Construction on the building, no warning. Or at least did not see a warning. * Restaurant and Bar: facilities look outdated. Not appealing at all. * Pool: too small and sun chairs were falling apart they were so old. * So many beach chair rentals you could hardly see the ocean. * Not enough parking spaces for the tenants, have to park across the road and leave our car at an old unsecured parking lot.

Thoughtful Supplies – Bath towels and toiletries were provided (no overpacking needed!). Fast & Efficient Elevators – No long waits with 4 speedy elevators—great for families! CONS: Parking Nightmare – Construction limited spaces, and the overflow lot (behind Chick-fil-A) required crossing a dangerously busy street (felt like Fast & Furious!). Broken Renovation Promises – Booked expecting summer completion, but work was still ongoing. Strict Beach Umbrella Rules – Only resort umbrellas allowed (4 rows deep from the water), with personal umbrellas or tents behind it (they even put up a warning sign not to pass it), harsh for shade-seekers! No In-Unit Laundry – Had to pack extra clothes or find off-site washing. Closed Kids’ Area – A big disappointment for families counting on the amenity.
