Very nice room right by the beach. I highly recommend this place! Kids had a great time in the pool when the ocean was too rough for the little kids.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views, easy access to swimming pools and the beach, and restaurants/ stores were close by.The bunk beds were my kids favorite part.Everything was clean, comfortable and fun!! Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Teresa was very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. The unit is beautiful and very clean. It had all the amenities we could possibly need and more. Pelican Beach is a lovely resort with so many extras. We loved the ocean side pool and fitness room! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Thank you for sharing your lovely unit with us and we will definitely book here again!

Great place for the family.

This is a wonderful place to bring the kids. They had a blast. And me and My Wife wore out the tiki bar/café.

Great View and Access to Everything

Love waking up at 5 am and being able to go straight to the beach or watch the day start from the beautiful view from the balcony. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

Pelican beach is a beautiful place for anyone to stay. It has three pools and two hot tubs and the beach is so close you can hear the waves. The views from the balcony are amazing. This condo was updated with everything looking brand new. Especially the new shower in the hall bathroom. King size bed was very comfortable. I can't think of any negatives!

Vacation 2021

We had a wonderful vacation, the property was perfect! We extended our vacation to include a boat charter for The Blue Angeles airshow in Pensacola Beach.

Great Vacation

This condo is a great place to stay. Great view. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. The bunk beds were awesome and the kids loved the way they were tucked into the hall alcove. I would definitely recommend this property.

Looking for an amazing place to stay?

We loved the options at Pelican Beach Resort: heated pools, hot tubs, beachfront umbrella/chair/beverage service, the ocean was beautiful, nice on site cafe for food and beverages, security personnel, and friendly service. Our apartment was spotless, newly remodeled, and had all the amenities we could ask for and more! Gorgeous balcony views. Would definitely stay here again!

Ocean front, beautiful and clean condo in great location

We loved out stay in our condo at Pelican Beach Resort. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and is very clean. The owners have put in a lot of work to make sure that you have everything you need to made your stay great. The view from the balcony is amazing and so close to the pool and beach.

Exactly as described

Amazing vacation

This was a wonder Vacation and the place was outstanding. Very clean and organized and it had everything you need. We added couple of surfboards to the beach equipment for the next customers to enjoy. We are beyond pleased and we will be back.
