Host was very responsive. Local rep (Nance) was awesome! The condo is very nice. Excellent location with great eating close and within 1.2 miles. Recommend Life’s A Beach for a good, local bar.

Amazing 15 nights in March

The condo was exactly as listed! Location was ideal for morning walks on Kam 1 and Kam 2. Close to several restaurants and shops. Nance was easy to contact and very accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Condo - Second time too!

This was our second stay in this unit and we were very pleased with everything. Super view, very clean, right between two beautiful beaches, close to all amenities, can't think of anything not to like about the unit. Great roof top BBQ for eating and the view is even better at sunset. We really enjoyed our time, very relaxing, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful relaxation!

Extremely well appointed condo with great communication with the owner and property manager. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all cooking necessities and more and the rooftop patio/ bbq with the views are simply stunning. Condo lanai has a perfect vista for sunsets and turtle watching. Simply a perfect spot. Overall, fantastic and would highly recommend.

A beautiful view

This is a spectacular location. Dirk was excellent in responding to questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you enjoy watching turtles and viewing many different and colorful fish species, make sure you are in the water for early morning snorkels over the the reef in front of the R. Mauian. Also, the sunsets are glorious from this part of the island, and the roof top patio is a bonus. Mahalo, J & A Canmore, Alberta

Perfect view and location

Condo is comfortable and functional. The star of the show is the balcony and view. Situated right on the edge of the ocean with fantastic sunset views, easy access to Kamaloe Beach and a beautiful grassy lawn. The pool area is ok. The rooftop area is very nice for grilling or just enjoying the view. Easy walking distance to some of our favorite Kihei restaurants and stores. Overall it’s a great value given the location and views.

Nice stay

This is a nice condo in a great location. One thing I would encourage is to say what the expectations are for what condition the condo should be left in. A cleaning fee is charged in addition to the renter having to do some of the laundry and a couple other things.

A true gem at the Royal Mauian! WOW!!!

We have stayed in the Royal Mauian complex three times now. This unit by far was the nicest. It is updated with quality materials and fixtures. The view from the 6th floor is so great. We loved the proximity to the roof top deck for dinner. The owner was professional and prompt. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise. We will be back!

Royal Mauian

The Royal Mauian is by far one of the best locations to enjoy your time on Maui, we have stayed here countless times, this time we were able to enjoy 608 for the first time. The location of this unit is direct ocean front~you can watch the turtles from your lanai. The unit is very well appointed, clean and comfortably. Perfect...again!

This was our 3rd stay in this unit. It is lovely! Friendly and attentive on-island representative, very responsive owner, well appointed and beautifully furnished unit. All the ‘toys’ we could want. The complex itself is also perfect. Two beautiful beaches to either side, impeccably maintained grounds and pool. The rooftop grills and dining area are a big part of the allure. We’ll definitely be back!

Best location in Maui!!

Wow! The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was just as described, recently remodeled, fully stocked with any appliance you would want! The management of the condo association was very nice and helpful as well. And the view from the penthouse balcony was breathtaking! We spent a lot of time there just hanging out, watching turtles And whales and paddle boarders and sunsets! We can’t recommend this place highly enough and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Dirk!!

Perfect Kihei Condo

This is our second time staying in this unit. It is well equipped, comfortable, and very nice. It has A/C which we didn't need. We enjoyed watching whales, turtles, and incredible sunsets from the lanai. The pool was fantastic, the lawn area is a great place to sit and relax, and the rooftop grill area is a great place to fix a meal and socialize with other guests. Nance is great to work with while on the island as well.

VERY HAPPY GUESTS! MAHALO!!

Our family owned a condo here for 36 years, but now we are VERY happy rental guests! We have stayed in many different units owned by friends, but when we found 608 we felt like we had come home! The owners are very easy to work with, the unit is spotlessly clean, elegant, has a spectacular view and everything you might need. We will return again and again and again... please ignore the last review from Mr. Unhappy - every barrel has a bad apple! This is paradise and you will NOT be disappointed!
