This beautiful beach condo was the first we’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have a speck of sand! We met the excellent housekeeper, Sandy, and she checked to make sure everything was satisfactory. The kitchen is fabulous for a cook as it has everything needed to make lovely meals. In fact, the entire condo was in perfect order with special additions like labeling of light switches, an office with printer and extra paper as well as amenities such as full bars of soap, tissue boxes and soft throws on the sofas. The beds were heavenly and the back bedroom even blocked the external lights to ensure a good nights sleep. The decor was beautiful, well appointed and pleasing to the eye while still allowing room to place your own belongings. There are so many charming small touches that you just have to stay here to get the experience! Finally, Trisha was wonderful to communicate with which was especially helpful as we were delayed a few days after a hurricane. Our vacation was not diminished in any way as a result. Thank you, Trisha! All the best!

This Property is immaculate. All new furnishings, utensils, appearance. Great location, and convenient to several wonderful restaurants. Owner was quick ( 3 mins ) to respond to a question that was entirely my fault and she was very cordial and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again .

Great Condo

This place was better than we expected. Clean, updated, great location and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would highly recommend this Condo. Hopefully we can rent it again in the future.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very clean and had great views of the Gulf. The kitchen was well-supplied. The owner was great to work with and keep us informed.

What an amazing VRBO space! Look no further for a home away from home, especially with kiddos. A thoughtfully decorated space, plenty of games, puzzles for the whole family. Hosts are responsive, cleaning staff excellent. Will definitely be back!

beautiful and comfortable

My family had a great stay! The condo is in a perfect location with beach access and pool. Condo was clean and easy to find everything (appreciated labels and clear instructions). Set up was perfect for our family, plenty of space, great kitchen items, nice balcony with chairs, beach stuff to use, etc. No complaints! It was wonderful.

Spring Break Getaway

This property is amazing! We arrived very late at night and were happy to find a very clean, comfortable condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner was very friendly to work with and communicated was easy and efficient. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

Sister Time

My sister and I enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay in beautiful Navarre Beach. This was our second time in six months staying in this amazing condo. Everything was clean, well-stocked and beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Lovely condo and property

The condo, beach and pool are perfect. Super easy walkway to the beach. The patios are huge with plenty of seating; unit 6B has a gorgeous view of the gulf, Navarre Pier and pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were very happy Hurricane Idalia stayed south of us but it provided some awesome waves and surf. Can’t wait to visit again!

Nice and Clean!

Owner has lots of demands but I didnt mind that as the condo was very clean! Beach is beautiful but no wi-fi on the beach.The cleaning lady was so helpful and wanted to make sure everything was in order.

Dreamy Vacation

Everything about our stay was amazing! The rooms were wonderful, everything was extremely clean! We absolutely loved the giant balcony with a breathtaking view! We have stayed in many condos in Florida and this was hands down the best! The access to the beach wagon and other supplies downstairs and a place to store them without having to take them in the elevators each day was a game changer! Loved having two chairs and an umbrella each day! The pool is giant and the kids loved it! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and large smart TVs with all the apps! Just couldn’t be better! We will be back!

Absolute perfection!! I have been staying with the owner since 2016 in her other condo in the same complex. This condo is just as clean and accommodating as her other one. I do not have one complaint in 8 years. The property is beautiful! The beaches are my fave! And then to have a place that feels like home to lay our heads is priceless!! Thank you Trisha for taking such pride in your rentals!!

Breathtaking views & Gorgeous accommodations

We flew in from Illinois & were so ready for a long overdue vacation. Navarre Beach did not disappoint. The views from this balcony are breathtaking & the Emerald Coast was on full display. The condo was stunning & spacious. The decor was beautiful! The pictures are beautiful but honestly it’s even better in person. The host has thought of everything. The condo is immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked & organized perfectly, the beds were comfy, the entire place was amazing. The grounds were beautiful, pool was fabulous. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay. The host sent detailed instructions that addressed everything we needed to know and then some. This place was great & we can’t wait to go back!,,

A Slice Of Heaven For Six Days

My wife "LOVES" heading to the ocean and listening to the waves with her feet in the sand. Personally I am not a fan of the ocean and salt water in general having grown up in the north and having very clean fresh water lakes. But we head south every few years to satisfy my wife's love of the Ocean. This time I was pleasantly surprised with our southern experience. Shocked might be a better word. Our stay at our condo was comfortable and the view of the ocean was next to none. The Navarre area was filled with all of our needs and we felt very comfortable with our stay. Communication with "Trisha" the condo owner was effortlessly easy and everything that was advertised on VRBO was accurate. We had no surprises! God painted beautiful sunrises and sunsets during our stay .... We saw a shark ... sea turtles ... dolphins ... fish swimming ... and all kinds of birds. All said ... I would go back to this area and this condo in a heartbeat.

Amazing Condo, Beautiful Views

We felt completely at home in this wonderful space. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions via email well ahead of our check in day. When we arrived, a very helpful binder was in place that answered any questions we might have as well as provided recommendations for local places to eat and visit during our stay. The space was perfect for two couples and a child. It overlooked the Beach Colony West pool and had beach views with an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee each morning and we spent a lot of time out there in the evening. All the furniture was comfortable and in great condition, including the patio chairs and loungers. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The number of dishes, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels provided was perfect. We enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchen with two coffee makers and nice pots and pans since most of our meals were prepared there. We had dinner guests several times during our week there and they all remarked that their condos weren’t nearly as well stocked as this one. There were even some extra beach things that we used like chairs, coolers, toys, and a beach wagon. The amenities at Beach Colony are nice as well. The pool is large and well kept. They provide carts to carry up your luggage or groceries, which was extremely helpful. We highly recommend this property for rental and would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in A LOT of beach condos over the years and this was no doubt the absolute best one!! VERY clean, VERY well supplied, and the perfect location. I felt at home the second I walked in. No funky smell, very well maintained and up to date. The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable … from puzzles, games and books for rainy days. The linens were nice and not cheaply supplied. We had a delightful stay here and will no doubt return to this same unit! Perfection!!
