Great stay on the river!

House was great! Just a short paddle up to Roger’s park or to Hospital Hole. We saw a ton of manatees including several from our deck. Keith is a great host and is very responsive. Also upper deck is a great spot to grab lunch or dinner and La Bella Napoli is fabulous Italian..definitely need to make a reservation!

Anniversary trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at what we call the Striper/Mermaid house. The house was exactly as shown, and the only thing I want to add is that there is a 1/2 bath downstairs so you don’t have to go upstairs to use the potty. Makes it convenient when you are fishing. The best part was seeing the manatees in their natural habitat! The birds were a bonus!

Great house on my favorite river!

Keith was an amazing host. The property was in great condition and fully stocked with everything I needed. I stayed for a relaxing five days. House is right on the river. There were manatees in the morning and it was beautiful there. I already booked my next stay!

Fantastic Riverfront Location

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. To start with, the host was excellent and stayed in touch with us on a regular basis. Not too much but just often enough that we knew we could count on him if we had any issues. Second, the location is fantastic. The property is riverfront and we got to watch mantees everyday from the deck. It is also within a 10 minute drive of Winn-Dixie and within walking distance or a short kayak trip to a great waterfront restaurant. With Winn-Dixie nearby and a well equipped kitchen the property is perfect for cooking in with family and friends. And there are plenty of great restaurants nearby in Hernando Beach. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Weeki Wachee.

Perfect river getaway

Lovely property on main river. I enjoyed the kayaking. It was an easy paddle to Hospital Hole and Rogers Park. My husband and son enjoy watching the boats go by and fishing rigfrom the back yard..

Manatee oasis

My family and I usually pick a beach vacation, but we decided to try something different this year. We had an experience of a life time. We enjoy country living, nature and peaceful surroundings and this place delivered all that and more. We went down the river every day and every day we were accompanied by manatees. They are truly amazing animals. My husband even saw a dolphin in front of house. I have booked a few times with VBRO in the past and nothing was as it was supposed to be, except this time! This property is even better than how it’s listed. From the time we arrived it felt just like home. We were all super comfortable here and plan to visit again in the future. Keith, the owner, was very accommodating. He gave us suggestions for local places and just as kind as he could be. Huge Thank you to Keith and his family for allowing us to experience this beautiful manatee oasis for ourselves.

Prompt help!

A problem came up with the property while we were there and Keith was very prompt in doing everything needed to correct it. Nothing he could have known about beforehand, just one of those things that happens and he took care of it. Besides that, my 7 1/2 year old grand daughter from Orlando want to move there!!!! We had a great time

3 day river getaway

Wow! What an awesome location! Loved sitting on the expansive deck and watching all the boaters. We were surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was. This house was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and has clean, newer appliances. Very tastefully decorated. There are plenty of kayaks to use. This house is exactly as advertised. We will be staying here in the future for sure. Do not hesitate to book this property, it’s a perfect river getaway! The neighbors we encountered were very nice also. Keith was so helpful. He responded to our texts immediately. There is also a restaurant within walking distance.

Great place - peaceful, serene, and fun for kids.

First of all, this wonderful place is super clean! Beds are comfortable and sectional couch is great for family movie time. We kayaked everyday and saw lots of manatees and water birds. It was our kids first time kayaking and this was the place to do it! Water was calm, clear and easy to navigate with young beginners. Host is very responsive and welcoming. We plan to come back and visit some of the other springs close by as well.

Fantastic - Mission Accomplished

Two sisters on a quest to see manatees and we did everyday plus dolphins right out front and a baby alligator on one of our paddles around. Great house and great location with the kayaks and paddle boards you need. So much fun and if I ever get back it will be to this rental - beds were super comfy which was the cherry on top.

Nice area of Weeki wachee

Nice home located close to Rogers Park. Lots of places to eat nearby in Weeki wachee River. It’s just a paddle away to the crystal blue water.

Amazing stay. Owner is very responsive and house is awesome. One of my favorite vrbo experiences ever. Can't recommend this place enough. Wonderful spot on the river. We've been coming to the river for years and this was one of our favorite trips. Thank you Keith.

Amazing

My kids and I had an amazing time here. The neighbor was amazing and quiet. The neighbors were so nice and spoke to my kids every time they were outside. They had so much fun on the Kayaks that are offered. We also rented a boat for 2 days and it was easy access for a boat.

When can we go back!?

The Vrbo was incredible! We brought our dogs and kids, and we all had a wonderful time. The location was perfect- close enough to kayak to all of the go-to places, but also in a quiet part of the river where there isn’t constant traffic. With all of the amenities, we were able to pack lightly. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome getaway

We love this place so much! Where do I begin? Keith was so helpful and the process was streamlined so that we didn’t have a care in the world. The house was beautiful and set up perfectly for vacation. Kayaks, river access everything perfect! Keith bent over backwards to assist us in every way. He even gave me some secret fishing spots. Best vacation we’ve ever had as a family, definitely will come back again. Didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much Keith for everything. 5stars!!!

Great property and great location

My girlfriend and I and another couple stayed here and the house is a perfect size with plenty of room. Very nice and new inside with a great deck overlooking the river. Being directly on the river is great to have easy access in and out of the water. Location is great as well, just a few minute boat ride to the gulf and plenty to do close by on the river. Property owner was very responsive and great to work with, which made check in and out very easy. Can’t recommend this house enough.

Great Vacation Rental

The host, Keith, was a great person to work with. He really cared about our comfort and wanted us to have a good time on vacation. He was quick to answer any questions we had. The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. This house is equipped with lots of things for outdoor fun such as water toys , kayaks , and a nice propane grill. The house is within walking distance to Rodgers park and The Upper Deck restaurant. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a few miles.
