Meadow Lake Gateway to Glacier

My sympathies are with this renter. The fridge has worked perfectly up until the day the renter checked in, and I was told (by the renter) that it was working the next day. It evidently took a 12-hour vacation. I was able to get a repairman to look at it the next day and he was unable to find any problems. Our pictures are slated to be updated. We replaced the living room furniture with a leather flexsteel reclining sofa and loveseat which we considered to be a major upgrade. We replaced the dining table with a larger one and upgraded the comforter in the master bedroom, so those pictures could be updated as well. I am checking with my cleaner on the drain and other issues the renter mentioned and appreciate her feedback.

Sadly, the Pacific Northwest was experiencing 100-year-record high temperatures during this stay. Even two visits from our HVCC technician during the stay were not able to improve the situation. We do intend to replace our heat/air conditioning system this fall if the record Covid-related supply chain shortages will cooperate. We were able to purchase two portable air coolers which we placed in the upstairs bedrooms, so hopefully this problem won't re-occur.
