Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Bar-M (B) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St. the location doesn't get any better.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Bar-M has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Clean and modern

The location is great, right in downtown within walking distance of everything. The only thing I want to warn folks with young kids about is the loft is about 10 feet up and the stairs are more like a ladder. There isn’t a gate at the top so I lost a little bit of sleep worrying that my 10 and 13 year old would fall in the middle of the night either sleep walking or needing to go to the bathroom. I ended up sending my girls down to sleep with my wife and I slept up there myself. Otherwise super nice and modern and we really enjoyed our time

Awesome location For Walking Downtown!

This place was very clean with good beds and towels. A block or two to best places we found to eat. Will stay again!

Spacious. We had a great time with easy access to downtown Moab and Arches and Canyonland National parks. Would definitely stay again

Great location just off downtown

This location was perfect for us. We came in on the Rocky Mountaineer train from Denver. Their Guest Center is 1.5 blocks from the VRBO. A number of dining options very close by, walking distance. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, although all we did was take-out, and a quick breakfast.

Visit to Moab

Great property in a convenient location. We liked being able to walk downtown to shop & eat. The open living room was a comfortable area to sit & visit with our family members.

Great Stay

This was a multi-family stay and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and all necessities were available in the home. Bed were comfortable for us, and we never ran out of hot water!!

Excellent stay

Place was perfect! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room! Very clean and updated. So close to all the restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay here again!

Great property in Moab

Excellent location, nice bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and great kitchen for cooking with an open floor plan for relaxing with family after a day hiking in the Moab area wilderness. Will definitely stay here again when back in Moab!

Perfect spot in the city.

We walked everywhere the grocery store was 10 minute walk and restaurants, were even less. The way the place lays out is perfect for adults and kids and really perfect for a couple couples. Great place, great layout, amazing location.

Great property

Nice open layout. Lots of kitchen utensils pots, pans, baking sheets which was really nice for Thanksgiving dinner! Bring your own coffee. Stairs for the little ones makes it a challenge. Parking is limited for truck and trailer but available across street.We would stay again.

MOAB Parks Trip

We stayed here to be close to downtown, and close to Arches and Canyonlands. The location did not disappoint. The unit was clean, modern and well cared for, plenty of space for us.

Perfect in every way

2nd time here …loved our stay AGAIN. Professional traveler here….this is why I do VRBO. THE house is well out fitted and well located. You can walk to breakfast and bars. Hot ton a huge plus after hiking. Beds super comfy. I’ll be back. I just love Moab and this is my go to place.

Girls trip

We had a great stay, the listing was accurate and the location was great. The loft is low but we had expected that- 2 super comfy beds up there. The beds were actually all comfortable and there were lots of nice touches- areas to hang clothes, plenty of towels and pillows, games, few condiments, etc. The only reason I gave 4 star on cleanliness was because we did have ants in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms (not related to any food out)- I did let the host know right away and she was apologetic and offered a solution which we liked. I think it was more of a seasonal situation rather than a chronic issue if I had to guess. We’d recommend and would stay there again if we come back
