This unit was immaculate and very well maintained. It was stocked with evrrything we could need and in a great location. Kevin was very easy to communicate with. Overall great place to stay!!

Constance, We are glad you had a wonderful time, but we are also sorry that you felt what you did by cleanliness. As it turns out we had a member of our maintenance department in the condo before your checkin and apparently the must have dropped a towel or rag along the fridge. When you sent me the photo of what you saw I addressed it quickly to identify where it came from. This is not a reflection of our cleaning service as they are top notch with nothing but A+ reviews...but I consider this a one off that someone else was working in the condo after the cleaners left and did not pick up what he dropped. We certainly hope you would choose this condo again in the future.

Beautiful Property & Comfortable

Loved staying at the property. The amenities were nice and the communication with the owner was fast. Kevin was very responsive. The fully stocked kitchen made our vacation much better and helped to limit eating out.

This property was amazing! Exactly as described online, immaculate, had everything you could need - even a pizza cutter. Easy walk to the beach. Great communication prior to arrival and no issues at all.

Labor Day Weekend Trip

Absolutely loved the condo. It was perfect for our family for the long weekend. Everything was accurate on the listing. It was super clean and convenient to everything. It was an easy walk to the beach and pool. We will be back again.

3 day weekend.

We had a really nice time at this property. It was very clean, nicely decorated and over looks a pond. We got to see some local wild life and everything is so convenient. The beach is a short walk and there are restaurants and a bar in the resort area. The surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful too. We would definitely book again. Great place to relax. and spend time with family.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much! We love this resort! The only request I would have is to replace the sofa. Being charged for an additional bed in the owner fees would lead one to expect a sofa and sofa bed without such wear and tear.

Marshea, Thank you for your feedback. I have to say that I am not sure where you feel you are being charged extra in "owner fees" for use of the Sofa Bed? The nightly rate is a straight up fee whether the sofa bed gets used or not. Needless to say, you are the first person to complain about the sofa bed so in these situations we like to consider that a "one-off" ...as not everyone will find the same comfort as others do. We strive to hold the best quality of all furniture for all of our guests. We are sorry this missed the mark for you on this one stay.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was clean and well kept with comfortable beds and stocked kitchen supplies (pots/pans). Pictures listed are accurate and the facilities are very nice around the complex. The pools are not heated and the food/bars are super convenient to grab a quick lunch/snack with the kids.

Great stay!

Condo was excellently appointed, had a very well-stocked kitchen with all supplies needed. Check in was easy and the community was very family friendly. The beach supplies were a huge plus- beach chairs were in great working order unlike some other rentals we have visited. We also appreciated the number of outlets for charging devices in both bedrooms and the main living room. Keypad front door lock was a nice feature. Communication was quick with owner. Loved our stay!

Great location

Everything was as described. Very comfortable condo with all the amenities! Kitchen is stocked with every utensil you might need. Comfortable beds and furniture. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the porch. We saw lots of turtles and birds but no alligators! Great walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella from the closest. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay at HHBT!

This was my first time staying in this unit on the tennis villa side, but I have rented from Kevin before and have never been disappointed - this time was no exception. The building was close enough for an easy walk to the restaurant/bars on site, the pools, and beach - but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. We loved the lagoon view from the balcony. The unit itself was as presented - spacious and had everything needed. Will definitely rent again!
