Our beautifully decorated vacation villa is fully furnished and available year-round. Located in the B building on 2nd floor with a nice ocean view. The resort features two outdoor pools, a children's pool, and a beach-front, pool-side restaurant/bar. The beach is a private beach for Resort guests only. The ocean-front pool located beside the Villa is one the largest on the island and is only steps away from your door! Rent for a week or more!

Tom was great with communicating on anything I had questions about before or during our stay. This villa is great for 4 people, which there was only 2 of us so we had plenty of room. The layout was excellent and everything. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great little condo
This is our second trip to Hilton head in this condo and we love it. It is super cute, super clean, and it’s in a great location. The resort itself has a huge pool and is right on the beach. It has a fun beach bar during the day and a sports bar at night.

perfect loved everything about this condo and resort pool was amazing and the poolside bar and snack bar was great on a hot spring day would luv to go back thanx Tom.

Hi, my name is Tom, my wife Lynne and my sister-n-law, Kathy, purchased this condo in the summer of 2009. We live in Cincinnati, OH. My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 30 years and really enjoy visiting the island. Our kids just love the beach and the family activities on the island. So, we decided to buy a villa to share this wonderful beach experience with friends and family. The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort provides such an enjoyable family retreat, that we are sure others will have a relaxing and fun vacation experience! Tom, Lynne & Kathy
