Our beautifully decorated vacation villa is fully furnished and available year-round. Located in the B building on 2nd floor with a nice ocean view. The resort features two outdoor pools, a children's pool, and a beach-front, pool-side restaurant/bar. The beach is a private beach for Resort guests only. The ocean-front pool located beside the Villa is one the largest on the island and is only steps away from your door! Rent for a week or more!

On-site security,10 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, fitness room, BBQ grills, onsite Sports Bar, a playground for the kids, a catch and release fishing lagoon, onsite bike rentals and conveniently located washers and dryers are just a few of the included amenities!

10 day vacation

My wife's and my time was wonderful we enjoyed this day at the condo immensely as well as our stay in Hilton Head it was a perfect way to get away from everything for our anniversary Great communication from the owner, quiet and peaceful within the condo space itself and very short walk to the beach.

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved the condo and the resort. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. We were right by the pool and right on the beach. Unfortunately our visit was cut short by the Tropical storm Debbie. Tom Was very understanding and worked with us. We will definitely be going back!

Relaxing

The apartment is very tiny but great for 2 people. We had some issues with opening the door. It was short walk to the beach. Overall great stay. Thank you Tom

Great choice!

Wonderful time! Our condo was close to restaurants and shopping. The pool and ocean were just a short easy walk. Pickleball courts were great. Elevator and luggage carts available. Bar by pool is well stocked. Bathroom is close and clean. Our host was great!! Instructions sent to me prior to arrival and was quick to respond back with questions. Want to make it an annual spring mini vacation!!

Pretty darn near perfect

Great property and great unit. My only suggestions would be get K cup coffee brewer a 2nd beach chair. We were expecting 2 beach chairs and only had 1. Minor things. Other than that, it was great. We would definitely come back.

Excellent Experience

Balcony had a nice view of the property and the ocean. The unit was clean and fresh. Well equipped with everything you would need for the week. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great access to beach and pool

Since the beach was only a short distance away, I felt completely comfortable walking down to the beach alone to watch the sunrise. The unit was more than adequate for two people. The convenience of a keyless entry with a keypad on the door was nice. A ramp to the elevator and luggage cart were also a plus. The unit was clean, quiet and well stocked with towels, paper towels, dish sponge, etc. The pool was one of the largest I’ve seen and the shade provided around the pool was a huge bonus. All in all, we had a great stay.

Family Vacation

I didn’t need to do much but book the condo with the owners. Just before our stay I received a message with all of the info needed. They had small things that were very helpful, specifically in the kitchen; dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent pods which I haven’t had others leave before and I always had to run out to buy. Their place was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the ocean view from the rocker on the balcony and its close proximity to beach access. I would definitely recommend a stay here !

Had a great vacation. Condo was very comfortable and the property was great! Restaurants had great food. Loved the beaches and the pool. Highly recommend this property. I would stay again.

Great place for one person

This little condo is perfect for one person. It’s bright and decorated for a perfect beach stay. Great location. Only issue was that the elevators were out of service due to lightening so it couldn’t be helped. Owner was awesome, easy to contact and very gracious.

Well worth it.

The property is gorgeous and well-kept. The rental was as advertised (we just about only slept there) and clean. The security is known by others as the best on the island. We will be back!

A gem of a place in HH.

This property exceeded our expectations. A perfect condo for two. This was our 3rd time visiting this particular resort. This 1 bedroom condo was our fav of our 2 prior visits. When you first enter this condo you can easily tell that the owner has taken care to make your stay a pleasant one. We found this unit to be one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. Queen bed is firm like my wife & I prefer. The decor gives this place a great beachy vibe. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances recently upgraded and in perfect working order. A gorgeous beach is just a few steps away. The pics match exactly as to what you will find when you reserve this terrific condo. The resort offers a wonderful bar/restaurant located on the beach boardwalk next to the large pool. Tennis and pickle ball courts are available too. My wife and I look forward to renting again on our next trip to HH.

My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 20 years and really enjoy visiting the island. Our kids just love the beach and the family activities on the island. So, we decided to buy a villa to share this wonderful beach experience with friends and family.
