Great location that’s an easy drive to Mayo Clinic. The apartment had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was clean and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Street parking for secondary cars could be found close by.

Thanks for a comfortable , clean, cozy, great stay! The host was very accommodating and responsive! Love that the kitchen was stocked up so that you could cook your own meals.

This second level apartment is clean and tidy. We found well stocked kitchenware for cooking simple meals for our stay. Garage parking is a convenient plus. The indoor staircase to the second floor was not a problem for us.We walked from the apartment to various Mayo buildings daily. (About a 20 min walk through the adjacent neighborhood and the park). The communication from the host was spot on and timely.We found the listing to be accurate.We would stay again.

We stayed for a mayo visit for our son, this place was perfect! Quiet and clean, great place to go after our busy days.

There was so much people hair throughout the apartment. My baby constantly had hair in his hands. I had to clean the bathtub before we could use it. And the doors - don’t plan on shutting any of them unless you want to use your shoulder like a linebacker to open them. There was so much dirt and stuff under the couch, bathroom counter, and beds. They could also add more than 2 bowls and a few of each silverware. I can’t imagine having more than 2 people stay here and having to wait to use a bowl. The knives also need to be sharpened. I couldn’t even cut a tomato.It was nice to have a garage to park in. Except when the garage door didn’t want to close. It was easy checking in and out. I appreciated not having to basically clean the apartment before checking out like other places. We only had to take the trash out!

Short stay for dance competition

Space was perfect for our needs last week. The location perfect being close to the civic center. Property manager very responsive. Would stay here again.

Close to Mayo Clinic

Location to Mayo could not be better. Has indoor parking which is a huge bonus during the winter months. Communication with property managers was excellent.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was just me and my daughter and she was being treated at Mayo. It only took five minutes to get there and we loved having the garage inside and right downstairs. The beds were super comfy. The couch was great to pull out and watch movies on. It was brand new and we loved it. We will definitely stay here every time we have to come up here from Florida.

Great space in a safe, convenient location near St. Mary’s campus. Comfy beds and current furnishings. Very easy in/out and garage space is a plus. I’d suggest the addition of basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters to get to an even better experience.

Having an attached garage in Rochester in January is a real plus!

This is our second stay with these owners who are very responsive and conscientious. Unit was exceptionally clean, attractive (sunny), and well equipped..

Close to Mayo and downtown

Nice, new and clean space with easy and quick access to Mayo/Methodist Campus and downtown. Hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. Having an attached garage was a bonus. Heated bathroom floor was sweet. Space was cozy and efficient.

Safe Haven

My daughter and I came for two weeks while she was at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was adorable, clean and cozy. It had comfortable beds and a kitchen supplied with enough for basic cooking. Perfect for two people. Location is close to the clinic but wouldn't have walked it. Owners were helpful and check in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Mayo Clinic Summer Pharmacy Internship

My boyfriend and I are both pharmacy students at the University of Mississippi. We stayed here during our 10-week long summer internship at the Mayo Clinic and loved it! Very nice place to stay that is close to the Methodist/downtown campus.
