This place was amazing. We had dinner one night, and as we were eating, a baby seal climbed onto a rock in the water and just hangout. It was awesome.

Beautiful, updated cottage with the BEST location. You will find no better views from the comfort of your living room. The house has very nice fixtures and kitchen utilities.

My parents and I stayed here for my nephew’s college graduation. It was perfect! There was a lovely note of welcome, everything was clean and well appointed, and what a view! We enjoyed watching a little harbor seal daily who would lay on a rock outside our window during low tide. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful property with great ocean views! The house was very nice, comfortable and quiet. Found the bed to be very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone that is interested in staying in this area.

Stunning and relaxing. The views from all rooms were spectacular..Private road in a good neighborhood. Enjoyed every minute of the seven days!!!!

This was an awesome home. They left us a welcome note and a bottle of wine. The minute we walked through the door we saw the ocean through all the windows. It was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet and private. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for the last two days of a New England trip in August, and it is one of the best VRBOs I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The view from the deck is spectacular and we really enjoyed sipping wine and watching the harbor in the evening and seeing the lights come on, on Bailey's Island across the way. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, even the sofa bed in the second bedroom. It's an air mattress that inflates by a connected compressor, I'd never seen one before.Cook's Note: We cooked every breakfast and dinner there. The kitchen is very well stocked, it has an abundance of Corningware. There's an 8" and 10" Stainless skillet, but nothing larger. I used a stockpot for an ad hoc wok. The appliances are brand new. They have an induction cooktop, which I had fun using. You should bring any spices or sauces you might need. There was some olive oil and canola oil in the cupboard. The knives are sharp.

You can't beat the view! The owners have done a beautiful job remodeling this home. There is a lobster pound nearby and a nice pot in the house to enjoy your lobster dinner. The hiking trails in the area are wonderful. We had a memorable week and we hope to visit again.
