Guests will occupy the entire three level spacious, clean and updated home. There are two family rooms, kitchen, dining room. and a bathroom on main level. the one family room has a foosball table. The other family room has a smart t.v. The 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. The open steps to the basement leads to two rooms. One with a washer & dryer plus a table etc., and a room with a queen bed & futon couch. Games & toys are there, in the closet. Home Is fully furnished and well stocked with necessities.! The garage is a game room, with pool table on one side and can park one car on the other side. This large home is on a quiet, corner lot in a safe neighborhood. There is plenty of on -site parking, and property is across the street from a school kid's playground, with plenty of toys to play on, basketball hoop, etc.

This home was perfect for what we needed. We had a large group, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. There were ample towels, rags, cleaning supplies, baby items, toys, etc. Anything we needed, was there. We really appreciated the cold bottled water that was there upon arrival, given the extreme heat and humidity! Dual washers/dryers were very convenient! The location felt safe, was quiet, and the home is within good range of restaurants, shopping,etc. Very spacious, very homey, very convenient! Loved staying here!

Perfect house for our family, lots of fun activities for both the kids and the adults. Parking was great, easy to get around in neighborhood, close to everything, very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here over the 4th of July holiday with three kids (ages 4-11) and four adults. Great space. Lots for everyone to do!

Great size home for a larger group. Baby gates provided. Four levels in the home, providing lots of spaces to gather. Well stocked kitchen. Everything working and clean.

We had a great week! This house is fully stocked. And we loved the pool table! We had an issue with a clogged drain in the laundry room. The host responded immediately, and the problem was resolved.

Visiting family in Omaha

The house worked well for our family. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room in the garage was a bonus. There was plenty of parking. It is a quiet neighborhood.

Great for families

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had one maintenance issue when we were there and the hosts took immediate action and resolved the problem quickly. Would stay at this property again when visiting Omaha.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious for our family. There were so many things at the house for us to do. The garage had a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, dart board to name a few. Downstairs there were board games, puzzles and toys for the kids to play with. The playground across the street was also a huge hit. Communication about our stay was very timely. We will book again when we come to Omaha.

Perfect fit

Our family of 7 plus 2 infants really enjoyed staying here, I think more than going to the zoo! The game room and all of the accommodations did not disappoint. We found it very comfortable, clean and fun! It is super close to a Hy-vee which we visited frequently! Quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend!

My husband & I have lived in Omaha all our life. We got into the rental house business several years ago, and just recently turned this property instead, into a fully furnished, short term rental property. We take pride in insuring this property is clean, safe , updated, and in good working condition.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Location is southwest Omaha, within the Millard school district. Guests will feel safe lodging in this Millard suburb neighborhood, and enjoy exploring this side of town. The two closest access exits to interstate I -80 are just up the road. One is the Hwy 50 (144th street ) exit, and one is the Harrison St. exit. Chalco Hills park/ lake is just down the road.

This corner lot has no neighbors across the street. There is just a big field with a school and playgrounds. A walk out patio is out the back door. Plenty of on site parking on the oversized driveway. Very spacious inside with 2 family rooms, plus a basement game room.
