Place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was complete including seasonings and great coffee. Our dog loved the dog run. The back yard patio was peaceful, with a wooded open space behind it. Driveway was a little challenging at first in my big suburban, but I got the hang of it.

The house was immaculate and the location perfect for exploring the area. A good value. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable. Pretty space in the back with a grill. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a cute place. VERY clean. The only negative is if you don't know the area, this subdivision is literally built on a hill. The street only goes one way and basically only one lane of road. It really wasn't a problem once we understood the flow of the streets. It was right off the River Road and convenient to get to Forestville, Guerneville and Santa Rosa. After staying previously in Guerneville, I felt this was more in the middle of the Russian River Valley.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was clean, the deck a perfect place to hang out, the beds comfortable. We would definitely go back and send our friends.

Yes, it worked out good with out pets. It would be nice to have a gate on each side yard to allow for making sure they are ok in the rear space without having to watch them but everything was good. Place is a bit off of the beaten path but it makes for a cool experience.

Darling small bungalow style home that was nicely decorated and comfortable. Bonus outdoor patio that we really enjoyed. Good location. Road to home had some twist and turns. Just be cautious and drive slowly. Definitely recommend! We loved our stay here.

This was the perfect landing spot for me and my husband. It sat conveniently between family, the airport, wineries and Bodega Bay. The town of Forestville is fun to explore as well. There are some great shops and restaurants there!Pay close attention to the owner's description of the road/driving conditions leading to the property. They are telling the truth! For us, it wasn't a problem, but the details are important. This is a very quiet, well maintained and plentifully equipped property as it had everything you need for at least a week, both inside and out. The beds are quite plush, which wasn't our favorite, as we like firm beds, but it was still comfortable. This house was so clean that we had no fear of walking barefoot in the house. Loved it! We will definitely come back the next time we need to come back to town!

This bungalow was well appointed with kitchen wares, including herbs, spices, oils, vinegars, cookware and dishes. The living space was well arranged with two separate bedrooms and a living room space. The outdoor area was spacious and we were sad that we didn't get to use it as we were out and about doing things in the area-and it was more chilly than we had expected. Everything was true to the pictures and it felt as if we were alone in the forest, even though it is located in a little neighborhood. The roads are narrow and winding to get to and from the place-drive slowly and finding the place should be no problem. The host communicated well and promptly before and throughout our stay. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time outside on the patio space. Perfect access to Santa Rosa, Guerneville, the Russian River and wineries. We loved our stay!

This home was simple, clean and efficient. Quiet neighborhood, kind neighbors and a feeling of being away from the madness yet close enough to jump into it if you want. The beds and pillows were perfect. I’m not sure if you’ll like it if you expect or need super hard mattresses, but it seemed to do the job for multiple needs.The manager of the property was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend you screenshot your instructions on how to get into the house cell phone service is not the best and it might take you a minute to get in if you don’t have serviceIf you’re not accustomed to windy, wonky roads, you should get there during the day. But it’s not dreadful either way it’s beautiful.

Great Getaway in Russian River Valley

Great accommodations and convenient location to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, etc. Impeccably clean and completely remodeled. Nice outdoor area with grill, fire pit, ping pong table and seating for end of day chilling. All kitchen amenities including coffee for am wake-up. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Road up to house is a bit gnarly the first time up before you get your bearings. All check in information available a day in advance. Would definitely be back for another stay.

My husband and I had a really pleasant stay at the bungalow. The location felt secluded (though there are other homes there), was not hard to find and was close to many attractions, restaurants and market. The roads were just as described. We had a small SUV and were able to get through the last stretch without issues. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable but a little creaky when my husband moved around. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, storage ware/supplies (though I couldn’t find measuring spoons). The pots and pans were coated non-stick so if you are particular about your cookware, bring your own. Bathroom shower had great plumbing. Only thing I couldn’t figure out is if the bathroom sensor light had a dimmer. I got blasted with light while going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. In the backyard, there was a good-sized gated area for our dogs for bathroom breaks (since the roads were narrow, we didn’t walk our dogs in the neighborhood). However, the patio itself is ungated on either side so we had to tether our dogs while we were out there. The back patio was nice for al fresco dining. Wifi was good. Overall, it is a perfect place for a small family or 1-2 couple(s).

Our stay in Forestville was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, making our arrival easy and stress-free.The property itself was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully appointed, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property was very cute, clean and had almost everything we needed. We could’ve used beach towels as we did spend some time on the Russian river. There were only two at the house to use. Outside of this, it was a perfect house for our Russian river vacation!
