Great location and setup for couples/families!
The house is charming with great updates throughout, the back porch area is great for unwinding after a long day of wine tasting, and the location is walking distance to Main St. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect Fredericksburg getaway!
This property is very nicely appointed and perfectly located just a couple blocks off Main Street, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here!

Mother's Day Weekend Getaway
My mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I got away for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg and the house was perfect. Only a couple of blocks from Main Street and a great location.

Great House In Fredericksburg
This is a wonderful residence in a quiet neighborhood, and close to everything wonderful about Fredericksburg. We found the house easily and it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location near Main Street!
From the first confirmation text a few days before check in, communication was so smooth! Check-in was easy, the check-out list wasn’t too much & we’d certainly stay again!

Great Location
House is located within walking distance to Main St. Communication and check in was smooth. Clean house, comfortable beds, and kitchen well equipped. Will consider staying here again.

This house is perfect! It's brand new, very clean and great location to Main Street. If you book your stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Great property close to Main St, shopping, restaurants and a short drive to the wineries on Hwy 290. Highly recommend

Perfect House
Rented this property for New Year getaway with family. We loved the house and it was perfect for us. Property was super clean (inside and out). We will definitely book it again for our next trip.

Girls Getaway
We loved the location of this rental. It was super cute and decorated for the holidays. It was very clean and perfect for a girls getaway! I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient & Clean
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at the Anchorage Haus! It was clean and convenient for walking to Main street to enjoy Oktoberfest! The neighborhood was quiet and serene.

The house is beautiful and great location.
Very easy check in and out with communication. Great location for walking to main street. Unfortunately it turned colder than expected so we did not walk, but just a quick drive around the corner was everything we wanted.
