The master suite features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds with trundles for extra guests. All bedrooms have 43" flat-screen TVs for entertainment. Relax in the open living area or on the screened-in patio, accessible from both the bedrooms and living room — perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and walking trails surrounded by lush tropical landscaping — all within the peaceful, family-friendly Sea Woods community.

Wonderful

This place was better than the pictures. Open, beautiful, well stocked, great location. Price was good. Comfy beds & relaxing atmosphere. Some may consider it a bit “small” but it didn’t feel that way at all……even with a big family.

Sea Woods Community

This is a family friendly community that’s only a few minutes walk to the vast sandy beach. The drop in morning Pickleball everyday was awesome. Friendly players, mostly seniors, all of which are good players. We booked again for next March.

Well stocked, comfortable and clean!!

We love Sea Woods with the lush greenery! This is the third condo that we have stayed in since 2015. They were fine but this is our new happy place. We love to be outside so the enclosed screened in porch was perfect. It was by far the cleanest condo that we have ever rented. It was well stocked and comfortable. Thank you to our owners for sharing it with us.

Fabulous unit

This unit was a fantastic stay for our family. Short walk to an uncrowded area of the beach. It is fully stocked with everything you may need for your trip. Even has some spices for cooking so you don't have to buy everything. Super clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Loved the condo.. Very comfy bed and sofa. Kitchen was small but well stocked. Had to do a lot of cooking at home d/t Corona virus. Ample supply of pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Modern, efficient appliances. Great televisions in every bedroom. But the very best was the veranda. We spent lots of time there while being "confined". Always a nice breeze and so private. Would love to return next year if possible

Sea Woods Veranda Unit 277V

First of all I'd say the unit was very good, clean, neat, and furnishing were upgraded, including kitchen appliances. The screened in porch was wonderful, along with the WIFI and TV's. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is small and the living room is limited in seating, and the third bedroom is up a narrow spiral staircase . Senior citizens should know the unit is on the second floor with NO elevator. There are 14 steps from ground level, which can be a challenge when unloading ones vehicle, and making several trips. Suggestions for energy savings improvements: replace all incandescent light bulbs with LEDs, especially master bath which has 16 bulbs that heat up the room; and replace toilets with lower water volume flush models. Overall, enjoyed our stay there and would return when possible.
