Gorgeous, renovated condo, directly on the beach. Bedroom has a super comfy king sized bed, and bunk beds in the flex space room. (Air Mattress provided for extra sleeping space if needed) Just show up and get to relaxing because this unit has all you need! Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, a stocked spice cabinet and a water filter directly in the fridge. Unit has an inviting outdoor couch on the ocean front patio. Coin laundry available on the same floor. All linens provided as well as board games, bathroom essentials, beach toys, umbrella, chairs and more! Conveniently located on a NO drive part of the beach, and shopping center across the street. One of New Smyrna's hottest breakfast spots and homemade ice cream shop, as well as a grocery store, souvenir shop, and gym. Minutes drive from Flagler Ave for bars/restaurants and shopping.

We had the best time and stay, very clean and had everything you could need and or want for the perfect beach vacation, from sand toys to chairs. It has it all. And was such a homey feeling. And the host Janelle was so great to work with and accommodating! Looking forward to booking again with them!

Everything you need!

Amazing week! Quiet, comfy bed, quick walk to beach. Unit had everything we needed! Shopping across the street, excellent communication with owner! Hope to be back next summer!

Wonderful Accommodations in NSB. Great Location for dining and fun.

Nicely furnished with a wonderful view of the ocean. My wife and I are already booked for a two week stay in 2024.

Fantastic!

My 85 year-old, totally blind father had no issues navigating the layout of the condo, so it's great for seniors, or people with disabilities.We had a wonderful stay, and highly recommend this condo! Thanks so much for helping me make great memories with my Dad!

Great place for a get away

We booked this condo for a short friends trip to just get away for a few days. The condos location and view was wonderful, just minutes drive to everything. The condo was exactly as pictured, all the neighbors were friendly as well as the office staff. Communication with the owner was easy and check in/out process was just as easy. Would definitely recommend booking this condo, you will not be disappointed!

Great condo!!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home here! It was so nicely furnished, very clean, cozy feeling, and the view was amazing. We would highly recommend it! It met the needs of the 2 of us staying there. It’s conveniently located…we enjoyed breakfast across the street 2 mornings and ice cream one evening. The owner was so nice and communication was timely and helpful. We hope to return one day and have already recommended it to family and friends.

From the time we booked, our experience was fabulous. Great communication with the owner, beautiful condo, clean, had everything we need, and loved being so close to ocean - loved sleeping to the sounds of waves.

We love our condo because of its location as well as it because just large enough for what we need. Not much to clean but plenty of space to be comfortable. Be sure to grab breakfast and ice cream across the street!
