The place was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean except for the ice machine the ice had a weird taste and when we looked inside there was mold. Diffenitly needs to be cleaned. But everything else was great!

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, has mostly everything you need if you wanted to cook, lived having beach seats, would definitely stay again!

We loved it here!

We had an awesome time here! The condo was perfect for our group of 4. You can tell they truly took the time to think of everything you would need during your stay. A home away from home! Thank you to Four Star Condo Service and Tidewater for your hospitality! A work and we will go through you from now on!

This property is right next to the elevator. This can go both ways: it was nice not having to haul luggage/groceries very far, but at night, you can hear people's conversations (yelling) as they wait for elevators. This property had a lot of amenities for us to enjoy. The next one was having two chairs on the beach each day!! The outdoor pools are not heated and were cold for the end of March weather. This place was great value for the money that we spent! Would definitely recommend. Also, they included beach towels and a few beach items that were nice to have.

My husband and I stayed Monday - Friday for a quiet getaway. We really enjoyed the condo. The location had an incredible view of the beach and gulf. Our unit had a good sized balcony with plenty of tables and chairs. My husband was able to bring his computer out and work there several days of our trip. The unit was right by the elevator, but we were never bothered by others. The bedroom was plenty big and with two bathrooms we were able to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was large and even had a stackable washer and dryer. The place was extremely clean and the furnishings look nearly new.I do wish there were a few staples like salt and pepper and dish soap to wash up a dish by hand. We flew in and so had to get some groceries like coffee and creamer and it’s hard to find things that are small enough that you don’t feel like you’re wasting a ton of food. We ended up mostly eating out and ate leftovers the next day. If you drive, just bring a few basic condiments if you plan to cook. It was very convenient to restaurants and stores. We walked to a few places and Ubered as well. We would definitely stay here again! Our first trip to PCB will not be our last!

Sent me a simple text every morning to make sure everything was as we expected. Sent all necessary info in email and text that would be needed to get the most out of our stay that was included. Very smooth in and out so all we had to worry about was the stay and what to do. Would book through this host again.

Room was clean. Beach view was great. The only complaint is that the elevator wait time was crazy sometimes, and that is not the hosts fault.

The beach view was awesome and the property was clean. I was a bit disappointed that the sink in the master bedroom drained slowly, but it wasn't a huge issue.

I feel like this review should be better. Great to see that you liked Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location and listing accuracy. I believe that is everything so why the mediocre review. As there is nothing written I guess we will never know. Reservation records show that you never called our office to report any issues. Oh well it is too bad we don't know what was not to your liking as this one of the first reviews for this condo and the other ones have been very strong. Anyway, best of luck in future travels.
