7 B/R house (formerly a Bed & Breakfast) has been converted to whole house vacation rental. With covered outdoor kitchen, in-ground pool, hot tub, and fire pits; this is a great place to relax between hill country excursions. You will be 1 mile form a public boat ramp, 9 miles to tubing above or below the lake, 10 miles to Whitewater Amphitheater, 15-20 to Gruene, Wimberley or Blanco, 25 to Schlitterbahn, 45 to Luckenbach, 48 to Fredericksburg, an hour to Austin or San Antonio, and much more.

Great place to stay for family gathering! Upstairs suite was the cherry on top! Great splash pool for hot summer days and the wildlife and amenities were great. Rex was an awesome host!

Our group had the most amazing stay! The house itself was super clean and worked perfectly for the 16 of us in our group. Rex was an amazing host- he showed us around and gave us plenty of good to know information when we arrived. He was nice enough to even lend us a missing ingredient when we were baking! The property was amazing from the pool to the wildlife- we especially enjoyed our mornings outside watching the deer.We truly could not recommend this stay more!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property to families or groups traveling together. The location was fantastic, the entire property was spotless, and the interiors were beautifully decorated.One of the best features was that all the bedrooms were equally spacious and comfortable, each with its own attached bathroom. This made the stay especially convenient for our group, and everyone was equally happy with their room.Our host, Rex, was outstanding. He was warm, attentive, and responded promptly to every request. After we checked out, we realized that we had accidentally left a few items behind. Rex kindly shipped them back to us right away and did not even charge us for the shipping, which we truly appreciated.The beautiful property, excellent location, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable. We would gladly stay here again!

What a great, quiet, and relaxing place to stay! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice pillows and quality sheets, and the showers had excellent water pressure.One thing to note is that there isn't central heating and air, so each room has its own window unit. During the summer, the heat can be intense, so I'd recommend leaving the bedroom doors open to help keep the whole house cooler.The downstairs refrigerator had some trouble staying cold, but thankfully there was another fridge upstairs that worked perfectly, so it wasn't a big issue. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.Also, there aren't any card games or board games provided, so if you enjoy those, be sure to bring your own.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This was an awesome property to stay at with a big group of friends, with tons to do there and close enough to canyon lake to enjoy a boat day!

This was our second time to stay at the Lazy H. It is a great place for our family to relax and enjoy time together. Hosts are lovely people that are available and helpful and friendly .

Family Getaway

Great Space for all to have their own rooms and bathrooms, the outdoor spaces were awesome! We really enjoyed the pavillon and the hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the owners are very responsive and helpful! We look forward to renting here again!

Nice place for big group

This is place is ideal for large groups. All bedrooms have attached baths. Host is ver responsive. We had a great experience overall!
