Great stay

Property was exactly as described. This was our second stay at St Simmons Island. It is a great vacation destination and the Lighthouse is a great property management company.

Stay

Was a dated but clean property. We look for clean and safe and location was great. 5 min walk to beach. Very quiet. Pet friendly is always on the list for us too. Check in/out super easy. Will come again.

Girls’ Beach Trip

We wanted a great location and equally sized rooms (queen beds) with good sized tvs in both. We are older, so girls trips are lots of R&R and beach time! We had a few hiccups but Alex and Lighthouse were extremely professional & the issues were addressed immediately. We had a BLAST & will be back!!!

Great place to stay

This place was quiet, clean and well stoked with stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had plenty of space for my 2 dogs, my husband and I. The location is ideal if you like to go to east beach.

Everything we needed was provided. The decor is nice. The unit was clean and welcoming. Great location near beach. Lighthouse is very helpful.

Wonderful accommodations!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, which we loved! We really enjoyed the upstairs balcony each night. We can’t wait to stay here again next summer.

Perfect Beach Townhouse

We absolutely love this home primarily because of the location! It's the perfect walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to downtown. The home itself was also perfect - the bedrooms were on the first floor and had a shared patio that leads to an outdoor shower, which is ideal for when you're coming back from the beach (especially with dogs). The second floor had a big living room, kitchen, and balcony, which made it the perfect space to spend quality time with friends and relax. All of this combined with the property being dog-friendly plus the property manager being kind and helpful makes this the ideal beach rental! I would highly recommend and absolutely stay here again.

Great property on east beach

This house was great for our stay in SSI. The house had everything we needed and was clean. The location was great. We could easily walk to the beach and also to a few restaurants for dinner.

Perfect for kids!

Clean, close to the beach, and plenty of amenities! We enjoyed our stay with our toddler and small dog. We were not that far at all from the beach and were able to come and go easily. The rental was close to many things on the island, and the area of East Beach was fantastic for our toddler to play. I loved the atmosphere there and plan to return! The only issue we had was that the incorrect key was left for the storage closet out front. Therefore, we had to literally go behind the bushes to wash off our feet and sandy items. Honest mistake and easy fix, but that was our only complaint about the property.
