The home is very comfortable and cozy with beautiful hardwood floors and a screened porch. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water has been added for washing away the sand. We allow dogs and they love the fenced backyard and sitting on the screened porch. Conveniently located to the beach and village. A recent addition is an Outdoor Shower with hot water. 0.1 miles to the beach.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy. Please pick up after your pet, the deposit does not pay for our housekeepers to clean up the yard.
