Very enjoyable location

Property very clean and nice , really enjoyed the beach and having garage to park in came in handy too. Only negative was mattress is extremely soft with no back support at all. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed stay , be aware you need to provide your own beach towels.

Serenity near the Sea

The condo is spotless, the furnishings comfortable and the sea a few feet away. We liked the added security of a garage, even though it was a tight squeeze parking our car. We got used to it. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hope to come here again.

Wonderful place! Right near the beach!

This was our second stay in PB and we loved this property. You can see the ocean from the front door and hear the ocean from the living room! This is definitely a great place to stay.

Our Happy Place on the Beach

My husband and I needed to escape the arctic cold of the Upper Peninsula and home to San Diego is where we headed. Back to my roots and to the beach for 10 glorious days. This comfortable apartment is in a great neighborhood and is bright, clean, simply stated, and quiet, with everything we needed. We were here for the warm sun and beach so we like that it doesn't have excess amenities or entertainment and is affordable. It has plenty of room with a very comfortable bed, nice ocean views and a garage for the small car we rented. We walked the beach daily and enjoyed coffee and breakfast at Konos most mornings, when we weren't off to explore the county or visit with family and friends. Julie, the owner, was very kind and responsive and handled every detail of our stay. We look forward to returning as our busy lives allow. Thankful for the time away and the peace and quiet of this lovely Pacific Beach location.

Beyond expectations

First time using VRBO, was a little skeptical not knowing what to expect. Looked through tons of listings for a place close to the ocean at a reasonable price. This place was perfect for us, has ocean views from most windows and is a half block away from a little park and the beach. Being able to leave the second floor bedroom window open all night and hear the waves was a huge plus, although you will hear some street noise early in the morning. The place is absolutely clean, spotless, and very well maintained and includes everything you'll need for a stay. Julie is wonderful to work with and took the time to answer all my questions before we booked. Yes, there are fancier places for a lot more money, but if you are just looking for a comfy, roomy, clean, quiet and secure place to call home for a week you can't go wrong! I can see why many of the renters are returns. The only negative I can think of is that the garage has a huge beam in the middle which makes parking a challenge, especially if you own a larger vehicle.

We are Ken and Julie Labbe, the Owners/Managers of 2-2 bedrooms and 2-1 bedroom apartments at 625-631 Law St in the north Pacific Beach area of San Diego, CA 92109. We both grew up in the Pacific Beach area and live about 15 minutes away from the property.

The location is ideal, close enough to walk to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants, yet far enough to get away from the crowds. Law St is a great street with a true neighborhood feel. Each of the apartments has been carefully restored by Ken and are lovingly maintained to wow you with the cleanliness we work hard to provide
