This third-floor ocean-view condo at the coveted Sundial Resort offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Known for its prime beachfront location, inviting amenities, and easy access to Sanibel’s island paths, Sundial is one of the most desirable destinations on the island. Completely renovated in 2025, this private unit is designed to give couples a peaceful, memorable retreat.

The king bedroom features a plush mattress and fresh linens, while the adjoining bathroom boasts a spacious tiled shower. A comfortable sofa and chair in the living room provide space to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to enjoy meals at home. The highlight is the oversized private lanai — a perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze and view.

For days at the beach, we provide chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, making it easy to relax along Sanibel’s shoreline. Guests also enjoy access to the heated pool featured in the listing photos, along with complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Sundial offers several on-site dining options, a tiki bar, and a convenience market just steps away. A coin-operated laundry facility is also conveniently located in the building. Please note that as a private rental, this condo does not include access to the resort’s fitness center.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed condo steps from the beach. It had everything I needed to enjoy my stay in Sanibel. The Sundial resort grounds were very well kept as well. I would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The condo included everything needed plus more (extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer pods, hand soap, trash bags, etc). Room was very clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

They stay was wonderful. Located right on the beach. Comfortable bed and couch. Easy parking. Host tedponded to questions quickly. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella was a nice find.

Unit was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and tote to use. Messaged host about needing more towels and they were promptly delivered! Pool and beach were very conveniently close. Having a parking space so close was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! Clean, updated condo and it was amazing having all the necessities supplied! Shampoo/conditioner/body wash, condiments and cooking supplies/tools, beach and pool items! The bed and linens were very comfortable as well. Lastly, the location was fantastic… great view of the ocean and beautiful sundial grounds and a quick walk to both pools was super convenient!

We had a perfect, relaxing vacation at this beautiful condo. Everything is new/updated and extremely well appointed. The owners thought of everything to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including everything we needed for the beach. D305 is exactly as described, with ocean views from the large lanai. It is steps to the pool and beach. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Megan and her husband were great host. They were very easy to to communicate with before, during and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and very well appointed. So close to the beach and pool. We will be renting from them again. Their recommendations for restaurants were great! No disappointing meals at all.

Just returned from 9 amazing days on Sanibel staying in this beautiful unit. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorating and has everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. The view from the lanai was amazing with the beautiful beach just steps away. Megan was extremely responsive to any questions. We would definitely rent this unit again!

The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and they have obviously worked very hard to make a welcoming home away from home for their guests. The decorating was fantastic and everything was top notch. Although we did not cook, there was everything you needed. One little touch that I loved was the fact that they had tons of clothes hangers. Have you ever stayed somewhere where it is 5 hangers per person. Super annoying! But not here. There were plenty. The week we were there had some cool days, but we were still able to enjoy the pool as it is heated. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurants at the Sundial Resort. I highly recommend this lovely condo by the beach.

Very Good Condo with Extras

The condo was clean and neat with plenty of housewares and dishes. The bed was quite comfortable as was the furniture, both in the living room and on the lanai. With 2 closets, a linen closet, a large chest of drawers and nightstands with drawers, there is no shortage of storage space. Since we stayed for two weeks, having a washer/dryer in the condo was a very nice plus and seldom seen in this size unit. Another extra bonus is an additional storage room outfitted with bicycles, beach chairs and beach toys. We have stayed at many of the condos in Sundial and this is one we would definitely recommend.

Great Unit

The unit was perfect. Has a numerical key pad lock for both the condo unit and storage unit. It was very clean and comfy. Only 1 towel each person though. Unit had 2 nice beach chairs and umbrella that were good quality to withhold the wind.. and didn't get rusty. Also had a nice cooler to use and ice packs in the freezer. Steps to the pool and beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Quiet Getaway

Excellent location with a view

The condo was well decorated and very comfy. My wife and I stayed here for a much needed anniversary trip and we totally enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were very prompt in responding to our questions and thoughtful in the little extra details they included. Definitely a great stay and one of locations we would love to stay again in the future.

Wonderful week on Sanibel

We had a wonderful week staying at this beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable condo. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you could possibly need including a washer and dryer. The view from the lanai is just gorgeous and a great place to have your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the water. Everything you would need for the beach is located in the storage unit including umbrellas, a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys. We enjoyed many bike rides around the island with the bikes provided by the owners. Megan and Andrew have thought of everything to make their guests stay hassle free and enjoyable in every way. They are also very quick to reply to any inquiries. Would love to stay here again.
