Gorgeous 3rd floor condo located at the renowned Sundial Resort on Sanibel Island! This brand new, large 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4 and is located directly on the beach. You experience coastal living at its best in this coastal and cozy beachside retreat.
Step inside and be greeted by an airy, open-concept layout with elegant coastal décor and high-end finishes throughout. The spacious master bedroom features a plush king size bed, en suite bathroom, and ample storage, while the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room easily accommodates two additional guests — perfect for families or a couple's trip with friends.
Start your mornings on the private balcony, sipping coffee while taking in tropical breezes and swaying palms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and the bright dining area offers a cozy spot to gather.
Guests can walk to four amazing on-site restaurants including Shima Sushi and Hibachi Bar, Captain's Catch fine dining, Turtle's Tiki Bar pool side, and Beach Bites for pizza and ice cream. Sundial Marketplace is also on-site offering a full-service coffee bar, convenience store, and gift shop. Pickleball courts, tennis courts, paddle boards, and kayaks can be reserved for an additional cost.

Unit was clean and had plenty of space for 2 people. We really enjoyed the community pool just down the steps and right off the beach.

everything was clean, but renter beware, you'll need to bring K cups for coffee, toilet paper and your own kleenex. You'd think for the price of a week they'd at least give a couple of decent rolls of toilet paper. Also if you don't have any streaming accounts TV is kind of useless.

thank you for taking the time to leave a review. a few clarification points just for the record.... please know in the terms and conditions that you read and signed and also the rental agreement that you read and signed it states we do not include any condiments, ice, keurig cups in our rentals; that is per a florida statute. There are two rolls of toilet paper in each bath as also stated in the agreements. We also provide a fun beach bag, dish detergent, tide pods, paper towels and garbage bags. We do hope your time was amazing and memorable!

Sundial property while under renovation due to Hurricane Ian was very nice. Steps to the beach and tiki bar nearby. Condo was clean and super accessible to all the restaurants and activities. Would certainly stay there again!

Great stay! Condo was well appointed with easy access to beach, pool and sundial market. Close to restaurants and shoppes. Easy drive to many fantastic shelling destinations. Really enjoyed ourselves.

very nice place, very clean, needs a hose available to wash off sandy feet and beach chairs and children's toys, etc, after leaving the beach

Room was very well decorated with nice updates. Our only issue was that housekeeping had not kept up with the cleaning. We called the office and they sent a housekeeper later that day. Received a call the next day asking if our issues had been taken care of, which they were, but still needed a thorough cleaning.

The condo was just ok. There was a chemical smell coming from inside of it every time we entered it from outside. There were tiny ants on the counter by the toaster. We had to buy garbage bags because they only provide one garbage bag with no replacements. We had to buy extra washcloths because we refused to pay 50 for extra towels and washcloths. There was only two of us and we stayed 3 nights and were only given 4 washcloths and 4 towels. There was no information or hand outs about the resort that was a part of the property of the condo. It would’ve been nice to know about getting the rec pass through the resort or where the laundromat was. The couch was horrible to sit on. I would not recommend this place to my friends.
