Children can wade, fish, swim, and float up and down this stream, ranging in depth from 1 to 3 feet in most places.

Families will enjoy the very spacious and private grounds - the property sits on 3 acres of gently-sloping hills. View the meadows and mountains from the front porch, and the ever-rushing waters of Cosby Creek from the back porches.
