We always love coming here. It is a beautiful, quiet location. The cabin is cozy and has had some really nice updates this year. We will definitely be back.

I took a short trip to Cosby, TN for a wedding. The cabin was perfect. I loved drinking my coffee on the deck while listening to the stream below.

Had a great stay !!! The creek was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Management responded quickky when we needed them. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome spot for a family getaway.

Great spot, not too close to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and pigeon forge area but also not too far away from anything we wanted to do.

Very satisfying stay and close to everything.

Super good and spacious property the kids have a blast with the river and game room , everything was perfect will definitely stay again.

Great Stay

A nice, relaxing stay. The place was very comfortable. As everyone will mention, the sound of Cosby Creek adds a lot to the experience.

The host was quick to respond to the one issue we had with the gas fire place. The river view and front yard view were beautiful. The house was nice.

This property was an absolute dream. Has everything a family would want and need to have an awesome vacation. Location was great and not to far from things to do as we visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend to others for their family getaways. What a fun time we had.

Neighboring houses were visible but a nice distance away. Hot tub was on the smaller side but clean and easy to use. Wish the creek was a little shallower for the kids and the drop off not so steep but nothing you can do about mother nature. Over all a nice quiet stay and the kiddos loved the game room.
