Perfect house for our group of 9 ladies! Proximity to the beach was amazing and you could see the water from the house!We cooked a lot of food and found the kitchen to be accommodating and had everything we needed! Layout of the house was great and the outdoor space was wonderful! Super CLEAN!

It was an incredible place to stay! Spacious, yet cozy. The kid's cabin in the backyard was magical. We all loved our stay at this beautiful place.

We loved our stay. We especially liked the four bedrooms and the five minute walk from door to beach. The kitchen was well appointed and the garage had plenty of beach accessories for our family.

The layout worked great for our group, having the large outdoor table was great, as well as the living room off to itself for early risers! Very well stocked kitchen and all appliances worked as they should. With the nice weather we didn’t get to utilize the basement but the hot tub was nice to have. Our youngest one with us adored the play house.

Amazing location

We had a great stay! Perfect location and great home setting for meals and hanging out away from the beach. Great amenities in the home, very clean. Only connected with owner on one issue and was quickly resolved.

Sally was a wonderful and helpful host. The house was great. Clean and spacious rooms. We loved the location and lake view from the front of the house. My kids had a blast in the backyard especially in the playhouse and walking to the beach. We loved being able to bring our dogs along. Will definitely be back!

Well Appointed and Close to the Beach

I rented the beach house for my best friend’s 50th birthday this past weekend and we all loved our stay! The beds were super comfortable and the house was spacious. We loved hanging out on the back deck and my friend’s dog felt right at home. We are already talking about when we can come back!

Fabulous!

We loved the Coastal Playhouse. So many amenities. It felt like we had everything we needed. Great location. Short walk to the beach. We had one minor issue during our stay and it was resolved quickly. We would love to come back.

Beautiful backyard

Plenty of space for 6 adults, 4 kids & 2 dogs. Enough freezer & fridge space for eating in most meals. Wonderful deck seating and full size dining table inside. Nice rooms —downstairs & living room to have your space & peace away from group. Full size washer and dryer very convenient.

Quiet, relaxing with a short walk to things to do.

Clean, lots of space, lovely backyard, quiet neighborhood, kid friendly and pet friendly. Helpful directions in the home to understand lighting and how things work. Lake Michigan right across the street, beach options and downtown within walking/driving distance. Whichever you prefer.

Amazing place - would stay here again and again!

Sally’s place was amazing. Enough space to accommodate 11 people + 3 dogs. There were games that we all could play. The kitchen was completely equipped to prepare / cook any food we’d like. Bedrooms were comfortable. The public beach is 2 minute walk away, and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous. During our stay, the entire South Michigan region experienced a power outage but Sally was very responsive. We would stay here again when we visit the area next time!

Fabulous vacation at Coastal Playhouse!

Our family recently enjoyed a fabulous vacation at Coastal Playhouse in South Haven; Michigan! The beautiful and well-appointed home exceeded every expectation. The kitchen was well equipped to facilitate many home-cooked meals for our family which meant more time together and helped avoid crowded restaurants. The backyard was beautiful, and the blooming hydrangeas were breathtaking! Location to pubic beach access was a very short walk. Sally was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive.

Family getaway after father's hospitalization and deathh

We loved the backyard and playhouse though its windows were very dirty. The deck was great for eating and grilling for the most part though we had some issues with allergies and some fluffy seeds everywhere. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The basement smelled very musty. We enjoyed the close proximity to the lake. Thank you for answering your texts+

This home on north side of town was clean, well appointed, pet friendly and just right for our week away from home. The check in process was a breeze and if you read the provided check in document you had all the information you could ever need for the home. Our favorite area was the large deck with plenty of seating that overlooked the backyard where our children and dog played in the perfect early summer weather!

Wonderful place to stay in South Haven

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It easily accommodated our very large family. The house was very conveniently and centrally located in the area, so everywhere we wanted to go was within 5-10 minutes. Beautiful neighborhood and yard, and all of the amenities were great and as advertised. The owner was great and made everything about our stay effortless. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back again.

Large Comfy Beach House

Loved this place. Very comfortable and spacious for a family of adults-and so close to such a beautiful beach!!! Most of all we loved back deck spent most our meals and free time there. Kitchen was very well appointed which was a plus for dining in. Bikes made trips downtown a snap. Really awesome beach oaisis.

Awesome place for a weekend w friends/family

We had a great time staying here for a weekend for our wedding nearby. The house is beautiful, backyard is big with large patio, plenty of space to hang out and eat and enjoy the weather. Large driveway if people come over for dinner. Very short walk to public beach access. We wanted to move in !
