Such an awesome property in the best location! We stayed here with a big group and the multiple floors gave us the right amount of privacy and shared space. We plan to come back again.

The space is great for any large group. There where multiple spaces that we could all gather, but other smaller spaces if a couple of quiet minutes were needed. The location was amazing, we were able to walk everywhere which was great.

Super beautiful house and fantastic location in South Haven! Easy to walk downtown from the house and amenities around the corner! Lots of bedrooms and sleeping places and easy parking! Kitchen was well equipped and very functional for our large group. Loved having the extra fridge in the garage, as we were a group of 12! I highly recommend this house, we loved our time there and enjoying the great weather from the patio or the porch.

Girl's weekend

The house was just what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and a beautiful open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, family room and patio doors to the deck. Totally enjoyed all the space and the close proximity to the beach. We watched some beautiful sunsets from the house and then walked right down to the beach to view them.

Weekend with Friends

Our group of friends goes to South Haven every summer and this was our second year in a row staying at this property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, great location. You are within a block or two or multiple beach entrances. This house is perfect for multiple families and has a large open main level with living room and kitchen all in one large space. We love this property!

Large family Thanksgiving

We had a great time and have already recommended to friends! We worried a bit about cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner, but the kitchen was fully equipped and capable. The only thing we didn't cook ourselves was the turkey - we bought a smoked turkey at Bob's just outside of town. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and linens for 10 adults to gather and enjoy. Thanks so much.

Beautiful house and Soooo Relaxing...

Instead of going somewhere warm for spring break this year, we decided to have some great quality family time and rented this beautiful house across the street from the water. It was the perfect home for us. Although there were only 3 of us, off-season it was affordable, and we LOVED the main floor with the large couch, large coffee table, kitchen and beautiful views. That's where we spend 90% of our vacation - just playing boardgames, watching movies, reading books, playing cards, doing a puzzle, etc. We were able to take lovely walks (despite the cold) down North Shore Dr. and aside from that, only left the house for dinner! The house is in perfect shape, and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay there again off-season (as we stay in a smaller place in South Beach in the summer)!

The house was spacious and clean. The location is just what we wanted. The kitchen lacked some things we needed, but fortunately we brought items we knew we would need. Very well stocked....not skimpy on toilet paper or paper towels. We had a great time and would recommend to others!

terrific location for multi-generational guests

Exceptional location, multiple public beach access points within a short walk, easy walk into town and its shopping and restaurants, a great little bakery a block away and an old fashion corner store just around the corner. An added bonus is the park a block behind the house with a nice walking path leading to the marina...the teens with us should have brought a basketball! The house itself is well equipped and the owners very responsive.

Amazing stay!

Came with a group of friends for a long weekend in South Haven. Have been to South Haven a few times in the past, but this house made this trip extra special. Could not be in a better location, just a short walk from the bars / restaurants and North Beach. House is in great shape with a ton of room, and the outdoor areas and amenities are top notch. Very smooth check in / check out process, and plenty of parking. Will definitely be back to this house for our next trip!

Our post-XMAS family vacation

The house was perfect, affording privacy for all. The little ones stayed upstairs with Mommy and Daddy, the bachelor uncles had their own rooms, and everyone enjoyed gathering on the main floor for food and fun! We even spent a little on the balcony, wrapped in a blanket looking out at the lake. VERY relaxing stay, with a VERY accommodating host!

We have stayed in 2 different houses both owned by Julie and they both have been nothing but perfect! Easy walk to beach and with 3 little kids in tow Thats one good location! House laid out perfect for all ages, kids who nap and need quiet space, kids who don’t and are playing! My family and I will return every summer and only stay in one of Julie’s homes!

Beautiful Home, Amazing Location

This South Haven home was wonderful! The spacious main floor with comfortable couches, large dining room table, and open floor plan made for the perfect location for our large group. Excellent location just a couple of blocks from the beach, harbor, and downtown area. Julia was incredibly responsive and genuinely concerned with making our stay as best as possible! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing weekend away.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

Three generations of our family spent a week in this beautiful home. We’ve been coming to South Haven for over 10 years and nothing else compares. The home is so spacious and we spent most of our time in the great room together. Every night we would sit around the fire pit outside. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and a short walk to town. Highly recommend!

Easy Pleaser for Entire Group-WALKED EVERYWHERE

Julia made it so easy to book and recommended the best dinning & group activities! My three sisters and extended family stayed here with a group of 16 - this home has it all! Beautifully decorated and so clean. Feels like an upscale hotel only better as it has an open floor plan which was so spacious with really tall ceilings on all levels! Getting ready with all the bathrooms & extra spaces was a breeze. There was a special space for all generations - grandpa enjoyed the porch swing, the teens took over the third floor pool table area, the little kids played in the lower level TV area and we hung out by the firepit table at night! Plus we all enjoyed grilling every night together in the good size yard. House couldn't be closer to the beach - we all took a walk each night for scooped ice cream just a minute away at North Side Memories and then to the beach to see the sunset. This house is right across from the most BEAUTIFUL beach-lots of natural, clean sand & crystal clear water. We also really enjoyed walking to the Michigan Maritime Museum and the kids LOVED the Pirate ship show on Friends of Goodwill Ship. Taste small plates & Sophie’s Steakhouse (both downtown) were outstanding. We walked only 5-10 minutes from the house through a park & over a beautiful drawbridge to downtown. This really is the best house & location in SH!
