Lake Hollingsworth Rd 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home

This 3 bedroom 2 bath Lakeland gem is located right on Lake Hollingsworth Rd directly across the street from Lakeland Senior Highschool and next to the famed Harrison School of the Arts. Also, it is located in the Biltmore historic district and just a few blocks away from Florida Southern College and beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. Come and experience the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation at this stunning home! $250 pet fee (no cats) no exceptions each pet.

Spacious home with a large back yard. Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings you will have plenty of space to relax and chill while watching the 70" TV.

* We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties.

* You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation.

* There is a non refundable pet deposit $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home.

* We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok.

* If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal.

House was filthy when we arrived.

Owner did arrange for another property a block away. Also not cleaned. He did send housekeeper that night so overall we had a good stay.

Great little cottage

We stayed while in town for a dance competition. This house was just perfect for our 5-person party. Really nice location, comfortable beds and living areas.

Close to RP Funding

Close to RP funding center and plenty of dining space. A few issues regarding maintenance but the owner addressed it right away and was extremely responsive.

Nice interior

This property had renovations done, which were very nice. However, the backyard was not pleasant to look at and the patio was very very dirty. The table and chairs were also extremely dirty and had been knocked over when we arrived. The two couches had very worn cushions. Other than the backyard and the couches the house was very comfortable and welcoming. The “music” theme was adorable So, if you don’t need to use the outdoor table and chairs, it would be a great rental. Again, I would recommend new couches. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Easy access to all things Lakeland!

Cozy and clean, with comfy beds and a nice layout. Big kitchen to work in, with light, bright dining and TV rooms. Loved the music theme, and the huge screen TV with tons of viewing options was great! We had some light sleepers in our group, so the street noise wasn’t the best for that, but all else was great. The owner was very easy to work with — we’ll definitely rent from him again in one of his Lakeland rentals!

Excellent comfortable property will stay again

The home was amazing, probably the cleanest property we have rented and that’s super important to us. The beds were so comfy, and it’s prob the best I’ve ever slept while on a vacation. The property owner always got back to us immediately and when they did the communication was awesome, like talking to a new friend, so helpful and nice. We are moving to the area and the owner was so helpful w all kinds of details and said to contact them anytime if we hv any questions about moving or about the area, we thought that was really awesome! Would definately recommend this property and this owner and will stay there again if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Great Location and Super Clean…but noisy.

This house is adorable, super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the central location to Lakeland and Lake Hollingsworth. Great neighborhood to walk around and get some exercise. The beds are very comfortable. The only negative was the street noise. I read all the reviews before booking and none mentioned it. Perhaps I’m a light sleeper but everyone staying made a comment about it. The front room facing the street was by far the worst - it also has the street lights to deal with which made it difficult to sleep if you need it dark. That is my only complaint. Otherwise it was a great stay. The landlord was very understanding since we had to come back for a item that was left behind after checkout.

Beautiful house

The music theme was great. Beautiful location close to a lot of restaurants. Center ally located so you could go to Tampa or Orlando easily. I love this house. Only issue is Florida is so hot sometimes the AC could not keep up in the middle of the day. I would gladly stay here again.

Better than we hoped

It felt like a new home. And the neighborhood was top notch. Very nice furniture, comfortable beds. Everything worked perfectly. I really appreciated the bbq in the back yard.

Almost new home!

Great property! My teenagers loved the musical instruments that decorate the family room. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms have all been renovated. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen housed everything we needed to cook.
