OCEANFRONT 4BR, 2 BA House at the Point!

Come and relax in our 4-bedroom, 2 bath house at the coveted "Point" in Emerald Isle! "Sea Our Point" is waiting to host your family's beach vacation this season. Enjoy panoramic views of the dunes and beach from both levels of spacious decks, and you may spot deer and rabbits romping in the expansive dunes behind the house.

Two King bedrooms on the second level offer walk-outs to the upper deck and 43" smart TVs, and even the upstairs bathroom offers a gorgeous view of the dunes and beach! On the main level, a Queen room has a 43" smart TV and view of the dunes from the bed. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Bright and airy decor brings the essence of the beach inside, and you'll enjoy Spectrum high-speed internet and cable on 4 large televisions! A quaint, iron spiral staircase to the second floor entices you to pack simply - after all, what would you need besides your swimsuit, shades and flip-flops? Polywood furniture on the house decks and picnic tables on the dune-deck are perfect for lounging in the coastal breeze!

"Sea Our Point" is owned by Don Wright of Midlothian, VA, and managed by longtime friends Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, who live locally in Emerald Isle. We are well-seasoned with short-term rentals, and ready to assist you as you plan your visit!

Pets are strictly prohibited. Our housekeeper is extremely allergic, and some guests specifically request a pet-free home.

Very clean mostly updated home. Great location on the point, huge beach and dunes. Nice view from the upper deck. There is a bit of a walk through the dunes from end of walkway to get to the beach, but it’s not too bad!

This was in a great location with direct access to the beach. The beach area was very uncrowded, and provided excellent areas to walk and look for shells. The house provided plenty of space for relaxation for the whole family, and having the two decks was very nice for sitting outside. The location was convenient for local shopping and restaurants. The natural scenery was really nice, and we even saw a few deer roaming in the dunes.

Great home in quiet part of Emerald Isle. Communicative host and well appointed house. It’s oceanfront but is a little walk to the water down boardwalk and through the dunes. Beach wasn’t busy and didn’t have to fight for a spot like some places I’ve stayed in the past. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location being by the point, It’s more secluded than other areas of the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over Christmas. The host was great to work with. Very nice place! They have the most comfortable beds... better than any other rentals I've ever stayed at. Kitchen is very well equipped with nice cookware. Living area furniture is comfortable. Nice ocean view from the upper level.

Excellent Stay at Sea Our Point

Our family enjoyed a fabulous stay at The Point! The house had everything we needed for meals, relaxation, games, and more to enjoy our week away. The view from both decks was outstanding, and the beach was spacious and uncrowded, even during a Holiday weekend. If you love Emerald Isle and the Crystal Coast, I highly recommend!
