Great Communication with owner. Place was very clean and at a good location. We ended up getting a pass to drive on the beach since there were sand dunes in the front of the home. Overall, we would book a other stay.

We stayed at this beautiful house for our wedding. Ken answered every question quickly and was helpful! The house was extremely clean, and the walk to the beach was a fun adventure! Thank you for allowing us to have our wedding here!

This was in a great location with direct access to the beach. The beach area was very uncrowded, and provided excellent areas to walk and look for shells. The house provided plenty of space for relaxation for the whole family, and having the two decks was very nice for sitting outside. The location was convenient for local shopping and restaurants. The natural scenery was really nice, and we even saw a few deer roaming in the dunes.

Very clean mostly updated home. Great location on the point, huge beach and dunes. Nice view from the upper deck. There is a bit of a walk through the dunes from end of walkway to get to the beach, but it’s not too bad!

This cottage was very nice. Lovely covered deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs and wildlife to be seen on a daily basis. Deer, Bunnies, Cardinals, and even a beautiful Hawk. The interior was very pleasant with a well equipped kitchen and great cookware. Beds were comfortable as well. Outdoor shower was the best!The only reason I gave it a 4 in one category was because I didn’t realize it sat back a little from the ocean with 2 dunes to get over. I should have figured that out by the location being on Inlet Drive.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and accommodations!

The house was lovely. Very comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed. The rating of Good is due to the location of the beach. I use a cane and have decreased mobility. Very difficult for me to get to the beach. From the main deck, you can't see the ocean because you are so far away and you can barely hear the ocean waves crashing. For someone like me, that enjoys the sound and view, it was disappointing. The younger family members had no problems accessing the beach.

Great home in quiet part of Emerald Isle. Communicative host and well appointed house. It’s oceanfront but is a little walk to the water down boardwalk and through the dunes. Beach wasn’t busy and didn’t have to fight for a spot like some places I’ve stayed in the past. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fun relaxing time despite the weather. Perfect location and our host was most helpful. Found new restaurants to try and visited some old favs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location being by the point, It’s more secluded than other areas of the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over Christmas. The host was great to work with. Very nice place! They have the most comfortable beds... better than any other rentals I've ever stayed at. Kitchen is very well equipped with nice cookware. Living area furniture is comfortable. Nice ocean view from the upper level.
