Recently Renovated 2BR/2BA Townhouse with pond views, playground & pool

You will enjoy our 2 BR/ 2BA townhouse located within walking distance to downtown Bethany Beach and all the wonderful things it has to offer. This townhouse is located less than a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of The Villas of Bethany West. Located within steps of fantastic restaurants and shops. The community has a pool, playground, tennis courts and dock access to Salt Pond. From this townhouse the tennis courts and pool are steps away. With this rental, you will have access to 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 kids bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

The townhouse is recently updated and includes all kitchen appliances and even a washer/dryer that will create a comfortable stay. There is also a smart TV with login access to your favorite sites; along with cable and WiFi.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a queen bed with a new mattress and recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the pond and has a twin over full bunk beds; both with new mattresses as well as a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. You will need to bring your own linens for your stay; both bed and bath linens.

Off of the back deck, there are pond-facing views, outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. This community also offers Bethany Beach Trolley stops that are an easy walk from the home.

This house is non-smoking and sorry no pet friends. Minimum renter age: 30.

Bethany Beach Townhouse ReviewThis was our second time staying here, and we once again really enjoyed our stay! The location is so convenient, and having access to the pool within the complex is a huge plus, especially for families. The townhouse is comfortable and a great spot for a beach getaway.

Great place to stay. We loved the location of this home. It was so close to all the places we visited. The host was very responsive and even recommended a coffee spot nearby! We enjoyed the pool in the community, which was a very short walk to the house. We have more to explore in the Bethany Beach area and would definitely return to this home. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this beach home again! The location was perfect, especially with the trolley stop just a short walk away. It made getting around so easy and allowed us to enjoy the area without worrying about parking.The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable. We highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to staying here again!

The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Bethany was very nice! Our visit was very short but we still took advantage of the tennis court and the convenience of nice restaurants within an easy walking distance. The updated bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The condo was very clean and the landlord responded to us quickly when we had a question. I was aware that we had to bring our own sheets but I did not realize we were supposed to bring our own towels also. We survived that issue by using our beach towels. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to make sure the supplies are plentiful. We had no laundry detergent and only one body wash for 2 bathrooms. overall it was a great stay. Thank you.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here! The location was perfectly located to the pool and trolley. We also liked that we could walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying here! We love the location. It’s so nice to be able to walk to some restaurants, but also the pool and trolley stop is right by the house. We’re hoping to return next year!

This was such a quiet and comfortable place to stay, with everything recently updated. Bart was a friendly and responsive host! Our family of four enjoyed the front and back deck areas (complete with outdoor shower), the comfortable beds, cozy living room / dining space, the kitchen stocked with all the basic gear (plus fantastic knives). The large pool in the condo community was key-card secured and very well-maintained with plenty of tables with umbrellas/ loungers. Finally, the bin of Legos, the beach toys, and cabinet of games were a huge hit with the kids. The location is perfect with the free trolley stopping in the neighborhood and a five minute walk to restaurants, ice cream, coffee. We used the trolley to access the beach/ boardwalk and also drove to the beach using the provided side street parking pass. Both were great options! We also loved riding the provided bikes to putt-putt, dinner, yoga, and to the boardwalk shops. We highly recommend staying here!

Great Location with a Great Stay at Townhouse

Wonderful Summer Vacation!

My teenage son and I had a great time at Bart’s place. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Bart was wonderful to work with, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Hope to be back next year!

We loved our first visit to Bethany Beach! The house was very clean and had so many nice conveniences like a washer/dryer bikes, and beach chairs, which made our stay easy and comfortable. The beach was an easy short drive or longer walk, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was lovely, and the cute trolley made getting around so convenient. We made great memories and would definitely stay again!

Lovely townhouse

We had a great stay - everything was very clean, the townhouse is even nicer than it looked in photos, and the location is perfect-so convenient to everything but nice and quiet like we were hoping. We also lucked out with some really stellar weather!

Fabulous spot

This was a fantastic spot, convenient to everything, fully stocked with beach and pool equipment and bikes! There’s a shuttle to beach/ board walk right in front of the condo, and good restaurants in walking distance. Our family loved our stay. Would highly recommend it!

Excellent time, great location

We had an excellent time staying at this property, all the amenities were as described (even more included than we realized) and it was a very restful and enjoyable trip due to this great property! Two thumbs up!
