This was my second time at this property; first time booking myself. I couldn't have asked for an easier stay and a more convenient location to the beach and stuff we wanted to do. The playground on the property started renovations halfway through the stay (out of the host's control), but seeing what they were doing made the kids excited for next year's vacation. Only had to contact the host for an issue that ended up resolving itself, but the they promptly responded and we had a wonderful conversation.

David’s place is terrific. We had no issues at all. The lack of linens etc would have been a challenge had one if not lived close by.

Hi Janelle, Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We give visitors the opportunity to bring your own linens and/or contact the local linen service, whose information we provide. Providing linens is not customary in this market and because we don't provide them, we are able to offer our visitors an earlier check-in time more often than not. This means more time at the beach, which is the priority feedback we've received over the years.

Great Beach Home Away from Home

Quaint, cozy beach condo with all amenities included! Our family immensely enjoyed our stay! The residential parking pass was a plus so that we didn't have to feed the meter as we have done in past visits at Bethany Beach...and we were only 1 block from the beach! Overall, great place...highly recommend!
