We had an amazing stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We had a lovely stay! Natalia was very helpful and provided great info. The unit and the Sea Colony complex are lovely - well maintained with plenty to do. My kids loved bike riding in the complex, the many pools, and of course the proximity to the beach!

Wonderful community, so much to do. You can walk or take the tram to the beach. Fitness center is great. There are many pools to choose from. The unit had a nice deck to hang out on in the evenings.

Great place to enjoy all of Sea Colony and Bethany

We had a wonderful stay and Natalia was wonderful to work with and available for any questions we had. The location was great - minutes from the Tennis Center/Pickleball Courts and also an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host

The host was very responsive, accommodating and proactive checking in with us during our stay. Sea Colony is a very pretty community for walks and offers a lot of options.

Quick getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was absolutely wonderful! The place was better than expected. It was very peaceful and quiet and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

We Had A Fabulous Time!

This was truly our home away from home! It was my first time booking a VRBO rental—I’m usually a Marriott guy—but this experience may have converted me. The property was exactly as described—clean, beautifully remodeled, and in a great location, perfect for beach days and all of our family activities. The host was incredibly personable, responsive, and thoughtful; you can tell she puts care into every detail. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The property was very clean and exactly as we expected from the description and photographs. All of the amenities of the Sea Colony were excellent. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Overall a wonderful family vacation!

Relaxing

Easy to book and to get in contact with owner. The check in process was easy and fast. The instruction letter from owner was easy to understand and follow. Can recommend this property.

Great balance of quiet and fun!

This was our first time to Sea Colony and we can't wait to return! Natalia's property was wonderful: so quiet and yet so convenient for all that Sea Colony offers. The place was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for making meals. The back deck was a great place to watch the birds and we could walk to everywhere. Great location!

This was a last-minute booking and we were so glad we were able to find this! Approval of booking was quick and the host is great at communication, she always responded very quickly with any questions and provided us with a ton of information regarding the area and amenities at Sea Colony. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful (pictures don't do it justice) and the size was perfect for us. We were within walking/biking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, and mini golf! We would definitely book here again!

Excellent Experience!

My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed towards the end of the Summer season and everything was great! From the second I booked the stay, Natalia was a great communicator and provided all needed details. The unit was well kept and in a great location, everyone was friendly and there was plenty to do. Definitely recommend 5 out of 5!

Great family vacation

This really was a nice spot. Check in was a breeze and communication with Natalia was wonderful. The location is a short 10 minutes walk to the beach. The deck overlooks a nice shaded wood area which makes you feel like you're camping. There was an issue that arose with the cleaning staff but Natalia quickly resolved it. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the sea colony community. We will be returning

Inconvenience

Let me start by saying 'WE LOVE SEA COLONY" and have only missed 2 years (pandemic) over the last 16 years. We have stayed at numerous condos through out Sea Colony and for the most part have liked our accommodations. Last year we had a unit that was a nightmare and ended up having to deal with the management company on a daily basis. With that being said, this year we decided to rent through VRBO hoping for a much better experience. However, we came into the unit on Saturday for the beginning of our vacation only to be told that the dryer was broken. After several calls from the owner over several days, a repair guy showed up to install a new part (Wednesday). The part was sent damaged and our early 6:45 wake up for a 7pm repair appt. that turned out to be a 12:30 repair could not be done. So we had no dryer for the week. A major inconvenience - there are 5 of us that stayed there. The unit has new updated kitchen and updated master shower. But the kitchen could be stocked better in terms of pots etc. the pots don't have lids that fit and there are limited pan sizes. We tend to cook quite a bit and we found it could be better stocked. The deck blinds had several missing and when we called the owner she was responsive and sent someone over to repair them. The place could have been cleaner...when we entered the unit the first day, the place had a smell that tended to linger the whole week. I bring plug in's and other Oder reducers but they didn't seem to work.

We are truly sorry to hear that you felt your stay was not great, and we appreciate that you chose our unit. Despite best intentions, we cannot time the failure of major appliances. We did everything possible to address it and make your stay nice, including a partial refund. We even offered you options that you declined, including laundry pickup/delivery service and having maintenance personnel wait for the service so you can enjoy the beach. Nobody can be perfect, but the measure is how someone responds. We responded quickly and with every option at our disposal, including investigating the replacement of the appliance. We cannot address issues that guests don't bring up until after departure (cleaning, odor, pots). If these were brought up, we would have addressed them all right away (got new pots, sent cleaning back). As evidenced, we do respond quickly. We can assure our future guests that we will provide them a wonderful stay, as evidenced by our other great 5★ reviews, including mention of cleanliness and responsiveness. We answer the phone 24/7. PS - both bathrooms are fully renovated.
