Amazing house in a great location. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had a great time! The kids loved the hot tub and the roof top deck.

Great location, nice space, really good kitchen area. Walkable to downtown FoCo. Only downside was 10am checkout and the cleaning crew showed up at 9:55. Overall would stay again.

Great place to stay in FOCO

We stayed in Fort Collins over Spring break to visit our college student and LOVED this modern home. King beds in every room was a big plus and its location was great! We’d definitely stay there again.

Fort Collins Weekend

Great location, walking distance to old town and brewery's. Great access to trail system. Property was great and as advertised.

Great Location, just as shown on listing

Perfect location for walking to town. Parking available. Host was attentive to our questions and needs. Would recommend and stay again.

Great And Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhome. The place was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our family very nicely. The rooftop patio is fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It was also very close to the adorable Ft. Collin’s old town area.

Great place!

As pictured! Great location just north of Old Town. Quick walk on shaded trail to center of Old Town. Quiet, clean, with all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Wonderful

The location and house were wonderful. We had an amazing time. Unfortunately it was during a heat wave, but the house gave us comfort to relax and cool down!

Condo with a view!

Wonderful kitchen and common area with lots of sunlight. Best feature is the rooftop deck with amazing views!

Great stay in Fort Collins

We stayed at this property while touring Colorado State. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to downtown Fort Collins. We would definitely stay at this place again on future trips. You can hear the train on occasion but not a deal breaker!

Great Ft Collins rental

Property was clean, comfortable and close to downtown. Nice walking path for people and dogs. Area still being developed. The property manager, Stacy, was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

Comfy home, close to river and downtown, rooftop deck

Comfortable, roomy home, with nice great room for happy hours with family. Rooftop deck with plenty of seating. Easy walk to the whitewater river park and downtown. Quiet family neighborhood.
